  1. Thanks for the link. That brought back some fond(?) memories. First game I ever attended was the atrocity against the Pats at Rich Stadium. How did the Bills end up playing an out-of-division team (Chiefs) twice in the regular season? Was that a usual thing at the time?
  2. Aaron Schobel put up some numbers and lord knows he suffered being on some terrible teams, but he struck me as pretty indifferent. Probably not a fair judgement, but I never warmed up to him.
  3. My earliest memories of the Buffalo Bills are of the 80-81 seasons. I was 6 years old and watched the games with my dad. Lots of those player's names are etched in my long term memory. Thanks for the link!
  4. You're in one of the most beautiful regions on the planet. Explore the piazzas in Santa Croce. Drink a spritz. Take a train ride to Padua. Come on, man! ?
  5. Zay made two big catches. Give the man a ball!
  6. Charles Clay should be nowhere near any "Top 100 Players" list. Sam Cowart's career was cut short by injury but was unbelievably good. John Holecek was really good in his few years with the Bills. Either deserves to be on the list more than Clay.
  7. Yes sir!
  8. Who is the only Buffalo Bill who graduated from the University of Western Ontario?
  9. I agree with you on Sam Cowart. He was fantastic. That 2000 season went down the tubes when he was injured.
  10. PItiful. Anyone blaming the refs for this debacle are delusional or idiotic.
  11. Content aside, his writing is awful. What's with the two word sentences? Does he think he's Ernest Hemingway?
  12. I've got to throw in signing both Derrick Dockery and Langston Walker to massive contracts when most other teams probably wouldn't have signed them for the veteran's minimum salary.
  13. Hilarious! http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...-warner-offense
  14. Are any of the older Wii versions of Madden worth getting?
  15. That signing the free agents they sign in the off season will make a difference. They haven't done so in years.
  16. Dirty hit as far as I'm concerned. Nonetheless let's get behind JP!
  17. Appreciate the link! Thanks!!
  18. Apparently the coaching staff was on the same page as Tasker. And that's pretty bloody scary.
  19. Ah-ha! Thanks for that info. I'm relieved to hear this issue didn't get left unnoticed.
  20. Saw it yesterday and loved it. Here's one thing that I've been puzzled by over the years. In the original trilogy, why did Vader never refer to Yoda? Particularly in ESB he tells Luke "Obi Wan has taught you well". True enough, but at that point most of Luke's training was done by Yoda. You'd think Vader would acknowledge the awesome power of Yoda. I guess you could argue that Vader assumed he was wiped out like the rest of the Jedi, but wouldn't he sense his existance since the force is so strong in them?
  21. I saw David Johansen open for Morrissey last May at the Apollo in Harlem. He was great. Thank Morrissey for reforming the Dolls!
  22. These are some good choices! Let me add "Rattlesnakes" by Lloyd Cole and the Commotions.
  23. I loved the Kings Quest series! In fact, I owned the original version that was made exclusively for the IBM PCjr (remember that piece of crap?). I was devestated when KQIII required a whopping 256kb of memory to play. So I saved up nearly $400 for a 128kb memory expansion for the PCjr! btw....I found a used version of KQ8 "Mask of Eternity" (or something) last month. It sucks compared to the early KQ games.
  24. In some respects, Evans has been the MVP this year. Last year Reed was a big disappointment and we had no legit 2nd WR. The addition of Evans has made the entire offense so much better. An excellent draft pick.
  25. You must be good luck.....TD Evans!!
