That is only if they win the games the QB plays well. What if the D chokes that day, or RB is bad. We can lose for more than a QB having a bad day. If we on;y get 10 good or average games, we'll be 8-8 at best. On top of that the AFC is better than NFC so 10-6 probably won't make playoffs.

And then that QB would need 2 years to develop, which means our team would be old and broken up already. We're doomed.

Let's look at that. Assuming there is a QB who was good in the other 5 practices and assuming it was the same QB. That means for every 8 games the QB will screw the pooch on 3 of them. That means during the season our Qb will be bad for 6 out of 16 games with those stats. We are not making the playoffs if our QB is bad 6 out of 16 games. Again, that's assuming we did in fact have someone step up and do well in those other practices and that it was the same someone.

Exactly. But that's not what was implied. Brady is saying that he may go to court if Goodell doesn't recuse or he keeps the fine. If he does then the NFL can go after phone records. Which also means the NFL may find more things and fine him even longer, hence he won't go to court.

Do you actually read? That's why they would go to court. Or better yet, Brady sues the NFL. Again, the NFL can ask for records.

1. Cassel and EJ are same size they are both 6-4. EJ is more athletic. But your size comparison is wrong. 2. Cassel is slightly better career wise on completion %, so strike 2. 3. Cassel has 96 tds vs 70 ints. EJ is 16 Tds vs 12 ints. Cassel has a better TD to INt ration of 1.37 vs 1.33 - Again you;re wrong. 4. Cassel is 6.6 YPA vs 6.4 for EJ. Again you're wrong. While the hope is one of the younger wins, you are off on all of your actual facts. Try again with real facts to support your cause. Just because you say it on the internet doesn't make it true.

It was Cassel. The next day it was Cassel and Taylor with 1st's with EJ and Tuel with 2's. Not sure what rotation was yesterday as that never was reported, suspect it was EJ or Cassel with 2's and Taylor with 1's especially in light of the comments after yesterday.

Correct. I am not sold on any of these guys. I do believe, my opinion, that MC probably gives us best chance to win now. But I don't discount any of the 3 to be able to step up. They all seem to have certain things they do well or sell that should make them viable. EJ has all of the physical side wrapped up, MC has experience and a few proven seasons in past, TT has all of the athletic capability. However, they all have huge question marks around them. EJ and his ability to see the field and make accurate throws, MC on his up and don and never a consistent QB plus his age, TT on his size and accuracy. Personally I wish we'd have gotten Bradford from the Rams. He's got injury problems, but if we could have protected him, would have been, IMO, the best choice.
