No. Does DEI care about experience?
RACE, RELIGION, SEX, and the rest mean squat when your all from the same quintile with the same education.
Experience is not a factor in DEI. eff, it removes that from the formula.

But the story it tells in here, reads like a created back story. And its own comments kind of show its lack of education. Countless times. Not grasping basic statistics and what not.

If there are positions like this in your organization.
they are probably fostering illegal hiring practices based on things like RACE, Sex, Orientation and what not.

And if you have the same general problems across the globe with those two factors being the two constants. Not race or politics.
