I mean yeah it saved his life but it ruined his suicide.

It still makes sense to bring him along slowly. He hasn't faced a game planning DC when games count yet. He's steadily improving. Let him develop.
and how is he to experience that if he doesn't start?

Just as you've cemented the fact that you're quick to make the snarky comment.
Allen is the subject in that discussion, not Peterman.
I don't it was pretty confusing looking.

So I guess they’re not too worried about those tweets from when he was 15 years old.
Nope

b-b-but what if he breaks then we'd have to put Peterman in. So we'd better keep him safe and not start him so we'll start Peterman.

I don’t disagree - I just think if we are being asked if they should start him because he gives him the best chance to win or wait until he is ready - that could be 2 different times. Much like Watson/Savage - Watson gave them the best chance (seen throughout the pre-season), but he was not really ready to start as seen by some of his mistakes once he started playing.
I think getting him in - even if he is not totally ready still gives him the best chance to learn and grow, but you need to accept he is going to make mistakes and maybe cost us a game here or there.
I don't know if there is a way to avoid Allen making rookie mistakes it's just going to happen as he gets used to the next level.

Peterman did a very nice job of bringing the Bills back after they fell behind. Peterman missed his first two passes and then completed 8-of-8 for 113 yards and a 35-yard touchdown to Nick O’Leary.
He failed to mention that he got the lead back after losing it.

I think it's Allen, it kind of feels like it did this last week where he did well in the 1st ps game but people wanted to see him with better players around him. Then they moved him up to the 2s in practice and that's what he got in the game. This time he did really well and people think he should get a shot with the ones. I know game 3 is usually the dress rehearsal but it's not like that's etched in stone.

It's extremely unlikely even if Allen becomes as great as he could be. But it sure would be one hell of a story.

85% through 2 games, kid. straight facts. Outperformed Allen significantly both games on every stat that exists. /thread.
I could of sworn he led the offense to half as many points in almost twice the time?

And Allen flinging the ball up in the air last week while getting tackled was every bit as bad. That was "almost a pick six" too. What's your point?
Allen did that on first down? I could of sworn it was 4th down.

People just seem so terrified that Allen playing with this line will get him hurt and psychologically scar him preventing him from becoming a great quarterback. But his record indicates the exact opposite. In the very first game Allen started at Wyoming he broke his collar bone in multiple places and was done for the season. This is after no one recruited him and he had to fight to get one college to give him a shot. Then the season he comes back he does so well that a quarter back from Wyoming gets mentioned as a potential number 1 pick.

I can tell you that this offense is not hard for my man JA. He ran a simalar one with my Cowboys. Coach Bohl runs the west Coast offense and has for ever, that’s why Carson & Josh are comfortable with it. Enjoy what’s coming. You have a lot more fans now with Josh and Eddie in blue And white....
True but there is only 500,000 of us.

Nathan Peterman is going to become Josh Allen in two weeks?

Meanwhile, Peterman continues to play near perfect football.
Peterman is playing next to someone playing perfect football?

I was just reading your comment on the article.

Yeah, that’s the biggest surprise with Allen, his decision making and ability to feel the rush and escape to make things happen.
I think he's used to it from Wyoming's porous O-line.

The thing on Allen — and I hate to say this — TRUST THE PROCESS.
I dont care about the W-L record this season.
I dont.
This season is allllll about Allen. And I don’t care if he plays.
If the line cant hold — don’t play him.
Take it slow. Get it right.
If hes ready — goddyup!
But please, God, let him be the guy.
I do see a bit of Kelly’s grip-it-and-rip-it in him.
I get it I really do but your not always going to have a good line and you can't just hide your good players when you have a bad one.

Yeah he had bigger numbers than Allen so that means he was better right. Especially his minutes.

Somebody on here said he looked like the Predator.

Do we ignore the 2 INT's yesterday?
No but one was a good pass bobbled from a receiver to the defender.
The other was Josh Allen's mistake but the defender did still have to dive to catch it apparently.

one was a jumpball to KB so you cant be too mad at that, KB got hands on it twice...its the first day of pads and hes a rookie he showed some promise
The other one was apparently a diving catch though Allen did make a mistake.

I appreciate the concern, but if I were any more chill, I'd be in a coma. It's just that my antennae are always up for evidence of predetermined narratives. Thad Brown is on my watch list.
To be fair looking at his twitter for the day you have to wonder if he even knows the others exist.

Kool-Aid man?
Bills defenders praise Josh Allen.

One day he'll have a preseason game with a 100% completion percentage. Only then can we consider starting him however many years that takes.
