I'm trying to see what you guys are seeing, maybe I'm just not as objective as many of you I'm not sure. Ok we just cut a WR, promoted a DT from the practice squad and have to pay Kerley 1.13M who may even be brought back so what is the poor planning that you speak of if you say the bonus money isn't the option? I'm assuming they thought the DT was a more important than a WR with 2 catches 7 yards and a 3.5 avg, not trying to be a tool I'm just trying to wrap my head around why everyone is ballistic.

What you're missing is for this week Allen has been practicing with these receivers and then on the day before his first start they drop one of their most experienced ones. That's what I think a lot of people are upset about Allen has an uphill battle to climb already and this doesn't seem likely to help him.

Just think of the football team you could put together of all the players who destroyed/limited their careers with such things as drugs, attitude, greed, crime, abuse of females, laziness, and murder: Bryant, Gordon, Jones, Haynesworth, Marinovich, what's his name in prison for murdering his pregnant girlfriend in NC, etc. etc. etc.

Thinking of making a longest yard remake?

We have a tall slow guy in his contract year that doesn't want to try, a guy who catches with the back of his hands like a sea lion who had to literally be talked off a ledge, another tall guy whose very best quality as a WR is he's good on special teams, a 6th round rookie who's hurt and a guy who didn't even start in college.

Yeah, we don't need Josh freakin' Gordon. He'd ruin the WR room if not the whole team!

If it's questionable if he'll be able to play or get into a bunch of **** and not it makes sense. A body is better than nothing. If they can get him with a deal where if he screws up he doesn't get much then sure give him a chance to redeem himself.

If this was the plan all along why did they resign Kyle and not trade/cut Clay etc?

I thought the process was "win now" and "win tomorrow".

What I want to know is why did Kyle come back. Did he want to help some young guys step into the role or is he planning on staying another year or so to be a part of a team that might go somewhere because it was pretty clearly not going to be this year.

    You've been blitzed.

That's when you start a new thread, and the first comment comes from 26cornerblitz pissing all over you and your thread topic.

He does this about 10 times per day.  It's his replacement for having a life.

    Hater's gonna hate.

I wish he'd get a life, or lose interest in the Buffalo Bills.  Either would work just fine.

Yes wouldn't it be great if that guy who posts all the Bills news and updates was gone.

With so many people pissed off over this, the smart move would be for Beane to sign a high-motor, lunch-pail WR to the practice squad.... calm everybody down a little.

I think what might be really pissing people off is the timing. It's Josh Allen's first start and they have practice with all these recievers this week. They didn't do well last week and neither did the O-line. It just seems with as many things stacked against him why pull one of the veteran recievers he has to throw to the day before the game.
