I'd hazard a guess that people complain less about the coaching staff when they win a game.
Honestly you're getting crap for your bet isn't that bad I mean it's no different than when Pro Allen people got crap when Peterman got the start and then the Peterman people got crap when Peterman Petermaned. You just show up take your beating and everyone moves on.

With how McDermot was getting after Allen and the receivers I think this might be a major focus this week.
