looking at all the cut ups, one thing is for certain: our OL sucks and is responsible for Josh Allen getting hit so much.
And yet no sacks the guys really hard to pin down.

i don't doubt it happened, it's just it ended up being 3 different dates and we are not independently wealthy. we made plans and got emails on the day of the event that it was changed.....and all of the dates were on a monday. who can plan around 3 different times like that?
wtf?
did i mentioned i'm pissed? i just hope they win this week.
Seems like they should of handled the date change better though I understand why they changed it with Allen's injury.

Looks like it did happen it was just awfully quiet about it on here.

So this happened yesterday? Did anyone here go because I haven't seen anything on it here.

If Njoku had gotten it I would of been kind of annoyed. Sure those guys carrying him in were incredible but Njoku made a pretty stupid decision.

Hm. So maybe McDermott was being HONEST when he said they're a young team. I remember him catching a lot of garbage from people
around here.
I think people used the average age from the whole roster to make it look like he was full of it.

I'm not sure where it was but one of the post game reviews I saw was pretty negative on him.

I've outlined this in another thread, but the summary is that we really don't need to worry about 5 of those teams. If you were to tell me that the following happen:
1. Bills win last 5
2. Colts lose 3 of last 5 (at Houston, home vs Dallas, at Tenny)
3. Ravens lose 3 of last 5 (at Atlanta, at KC, at LA Chargers)
Then I would be willing to bet serious money (how about $5000?) that the Bills make the playoffs as the 6th seed.
Hey now you're supposed to bet $5000 against the Bills to get that to work.

The opening of that article is terribly written. Something tells me he wrote that headline before the game.
Seems plausible Rams and Chiefs were two top offenses clashing and this was two top defenses going against each other. Doesn't feel like it quite fit his narrative though.

I meant generally that he was the best piece of clay. Which adding a 4.4 forty instead of 4.7 would’ve majorly underscored
he was drafted for freak show potential compared to the other 3 more polished guys.
You really don’t think adding a great 40 to the best arm would’ve made him a more premium prospect?
I think pre-draft he was just focused on improving his QB technique with Jordan Palmer and probably figured he'd do well at the 40 because he had confidence in his speed. Honestly he still did do well on the 40 beating his competition in the 1st round.

It's just such a pipedream to have the Patriots lose 3 of their 4 remaining games that aren't against us PLUS lose against us.
If that happens, I bet Brady retires.
Wouldn't that be a great way for that to happen though??
If they managed to go 9-7 it would really suck for a team to win 7 in a row and miss the playoffs.
Though at the same time if that did happen that team would be pretty damn hungry next season.

This was great. When we saw this yesterday, we were wondering what the Hell Tre'Davious was doing, but we couldn't stop laughing.
Then we found out that the penalty was on us. White provided us with a much needed light hearted moment in that game.
The penalties were beyond ridiculous.
He kind of kept the momentum going with it. It was like we don't care if you give us penalties we'll find a way to win anyway.

I am a former college sprinter and an Allen fan, but his form in that 40 is absolutely brutal. He is so much more fluid in game. If he worked on it I'm sure you could max him out in the low 4.5's.
and I still think he had the fastest time of the 1st round QBs though Lamar Jackson didn't participate.

Yes that's blood on my hoodie...well at least some of it is mine.

Not enough credit is being given to Allen for 0 sacks and 0 turnovers. Against a defense like Jacksonville that thrives on big plays that was huge. Crazy impressive for a rookie who played at Wyoming and struggled with interceptions there. The turnover differential decided the game yesterday, as it often does.
He's been improving on the INTs he had 1 against the Titans that I don't think was his fault and was still going for 0 against the Texans. I'd thought he'd improved his short throws some but looks like he had some trouble with them again this week. Though that makes some sense to me they were probably more focused on him pushing it with his arm after the injury than a short toss.

You might try talking to @StHustle those were his threads and he was posting on here yesterday.

If they win out, they deserve to be a wild card despite their previous lopsided losses.
I agree not that they still won't miss it but a team that wins 7 in a row to close out the regular season should definitely be in.

Sorry little off topic for the thread as I know it’s supposed to be a caption, but does anyone know if Allen was mocking Ramsey there?
I think that is Ramsey’s go to celebration but not 100 percent sure
5 minutes ago, 1ZAYDAY1 said:He was mocking Fornette... cause fornette did that after his TD
Allen was asked about it and said he just felt strong after stiff arming a guy and running through a guy into the endzone or something.

It was there for Roethlesberger today too, but he din't make it and didn't look anywhere close to as fast as Allen did...
To be fair Josh Allen is a decade and a half lighter than him.

He's trending upwards it wasn't that long ago that he wasn't rated high enough to be on the roster but he improved and started catching the ball. With his speed if he keeps up this kind of improvement I wouldn't limit him.

Nope, definitely Goonies. They had gotten further than Chester Copperpot and it was no time to give up.
are you sure it wasn't Stranger Things that shows kind of like the Goonies sometimes.

It's simple the endzone was just right out there in front of him like a carrot hanging from a stick.
-
This thread reminds me of something that happened with Josh Allen at Wyoming. It was kind of a terrible great play. Allen ends up throwing a bad pass that was pretty much a pick six. But Allen hauls ass and nails the guy right before he reached the endzone causing a fumble that rolled into the endzone and out of bounds. So Allen threw a pick but Wyoming ended up with the ball back and a fresh set of downs.

I don't know he kind of has a point while it's not stupid to ask questions to get information you don't know, not knowing the obvious information would still be stupid.
