  1. How many games have the Bills won since Brandon took the helm?
  2. 6. ESPN/NFL Network/Skip Bayless/some obscure sports radio talk show host just dissed the Buffalo Bills.
  3. Thanks Mike - making us fellow Canisius grads proud. At least ah, um, ah, I think he was a Canisius grad.
  4. Wouldn't a QB need to put up some points in order to rate high in Madden? Do you remember how the Jets D put Trent in his place until JP came in and bailed him out with a "W" (that counted as a "W" for Trent as a starter)? Enough said.
  5. Most people, if they try hard enough, are able to make a point without condescending. It's really not that hard.
  6. You guys are merciless......he was just asking a question, not making a statement. OK so he missed some of the blurbs about McKelvin breaking up some passes - crucify him!!
  7. Health care bla bla bla..........let's not forget the Pats* cheated.
  8. If Walsh's and Tucker's claims are true, then the Patriots' actions most likely constituted an unfair labor practice (no pun intended) and a clear violation of the collective bargaining agreement that was in place at the time. It will be interesting to see if the NFLPA pushes this, as you would expect them to. If the NFLPA ignores this, then it's pretty clear they are in on the coverup too.
  9. This may move the equation toward the "Buffalo-Niagara Bills", with a new stadium in Niagara Falls (US side).
  10. Apparently it worked - at least once.
  11. Thanks to all for a highly entertaining and enlightening thread. I laugh one minute and say "O yeah he's right" the next.
  12. I think the deepest ball he threw on the video was about 25 yards, most were the typical 7-10 yard balls we saw last year.
  13. Don't know who this Royan is but he's got to be an upgrade over Robert Royal!!
  14. Why is everyone worried? Jim Kelly already told us he's gonna save us.
  15. Great article. Not sure how good I feel about the McKelvin pick now. Maybe we should have picked a DE in the 11th spot.
  16. So, to summarize: - you agree with Belichick when he said he was wrong; - it was bizarre for Goodell to destroy evidence yet claim he was objective; - you agree with Goodell that you don't accept Belichick's explanation (except, I guess, the part where he said he was wrong since the thread title says you agree with Belichick's statements); - you haven't heard anything from the Pats to dissuade you from wanting an independent investigation. So you agree with Belichick's statements, except where Goodell disagrees with him. But Goodell's actions are bizarre. Got it. I am getting dizzy trying to follow this, but I do agree that more investigation is needed. Great post!
  17. You can tell it's a puff piece when there's no mention of the TE position, nor our offensive/defensive rankings last year. It's blowing smoke.
  18. It is possible but since we seem to get a new OC every year it's hard to know. We do know that Dick (says he) likes power football and always likes to play close to the vest anyway, so maybe that's what the Viti pickup was about.
  19. Wow - this is turning out exactly in alignment with my world view - the pro-Patriot* Democrats (booo!) will stonewall any investigation and the lone Republican (yea!) is pushing for the truth to be exposed. I love it. Obviously God is on the side of Republicans and the Bills - all things that are good in this world.
  20. For the lazy, please explain why and then I'll shut up (if appropriate).
  21. It matters not at all which QB's were involved in relaying signals. Brady's name gets the headlines but regardless it demonstrates what an elaborate plot this was.
  22. Responses to the Walsh revelations basically break down 2 ways: first, there are those who have something to gain from downplaying the allegations, and those who have nothing to gain from downplaying. Those with nothing to gain, the honest brokers, see major problems here. Enough said.
  23. There is no doubt - JP would be an absolute GOD in a system where he knew with certainty what the defense was running. It effectively would eliminate 75% of the mental game a QB needs to play. I have read the Senator's report and all I can say is - OMG. This is bad for the Pats.
  24. When you read the posters here, it seems like MOST have had a rocky childhood.
  25. He may have a lot of highlights on Youtube but on the one you pasted, he broke through ONE hole. The rest was just speed. Not a very impressive demo of his skills IMO.
