Friends lived on a golf course with the backyard facing towards it, and yeah, occasional ball hitting the house, bouncing onto their patio.... Their next door elderly Asian neighbors wore bicycle helmets when in their backyard doing anything.

Have an older retired couple next to me, quiet as you'd want, they have no dogs, until..... Snowfall. Out there at 4:30-5:00 a.m. with a 2 stroke snow shovel for any measurable snowfall. Those things are louder than most gas powered yard tools you'll hear in a neighborhood. Then when they're finished, they go back in the house for the day with nowhere pressing to go. They wake up the whole cul de sac. They also leave out their pink flamingos year round.

The one particular carver/owner has thought themself as being beautiful and smart their whole life.

So many of these breweries popping up, imo, are overrated as far as must go to. I know it's more about the beer, I don't mind the $7-10 glass of beer, but they are usually noisy and food is clearly secondary. I still enjoy the ambiance of the Hamburg Brew Pub, but again, their food is so-so.

A restaurant with a great view and good food seems to be more an anamoly than one would think. A place with a great view to have a drink by are abundant in the area.

No preference....just make sure I get them out of the toaster right away so the butter will melt.
