So, to be clear, you are saying that there is no possibility, at all, that this could have happened? Based on? The same things that lead you to be 100% convinced he did it at so early a stage, right? I get it, you somehow know for certain. Don't assume people who are waiting for the facts to come out are somehow convinced 100% the opposite way. It *is* possible for people to wait before passing judgement either way, you know.

Again, thinking there could be the *possibility* of it happening. What color is the sky in your world? Because here on planet Earth this stuff does happen. And since you seem to be speed reading I will again use the word "P O S S I B I L I T Y".

By that argument we should have cut Von Miller for his supposed legal troubles earlier this year, before, you know, the charges and implications were all dropped. Too many knee-jerk reactions here.

Did anybody say they did? Or did they, because the facts are not out yet, say it was a possibility. I know you've already passed judgement, but the rest of us want to see actual facts before rendering judgement one way or the other. Wild, I know.

Again, this is *possible* in this case, but there is also a chance it is not possible. I get it, rape is horrible. I know someone that still carries scars. So I see how rape victims immediately generate sympathy. But there is too much a focus to believe supposed rape victims immediately on accusation. The sad truth is, there are people out there that will play the victim, even when they are not for a number of reasons. It could be for money, fame, sympathy, revenge or more. And all too often, even if the claim is revealed false, the accused life is destroyed because even if they were not found guilty in a court of law, they are found guilty in the court of public opinion. Rape can destroy the victim's life. But false accusations can destroy the accused's life. That's why most of us are waiting for more to come out before judging.

It's just that easy? Cut someone based on just an accusation? Goodness, can someone accuse Mahomes of something like this? No proof required even, apparently.

Honestly, the lawyer's conduct has me questioning. He's trying to win in the court of public opinion, which leads me to think he can't win in a legal court and is pushing for a settlement. His behavior is utterly unprofessional. I'm thinking when actually pressed on things, this guy will claim his witnesses will no longer come forward, they were intimidated but *trust me* they did see everything. Again, the accusations might well be true, but the more this lawyer goes on, the more skeptical I'm getting.

If I claim, right now, that you punch kittens, does that make you a horrible kitten puncher that should immediately be ostracized? And if someone comes to your defense, does that make them a monster that doesn't care about kittens? Of course not. A lot of people are just saying they want to see the evidence before jumping to conclusions. That is not the same as hating women. If the evidence comes out and people are still defending him after it's clear he did all the horrible things he's accused of then yeah, you can lay into those people.

Which is why I said let's see how this plays out, and that I don't assume innocence.

Right now it is an accusation. It sounds like the Bills did their homework, which puts my mind a bit more at ease. The timing doesn't sit right with me. Think about it, what are the odds of this all coming up less then a week after Arazia is named the starter? Almost as if they were waiting to make sure he had a nice chunk of change they could squeeze out of him before proceeding. I'm *not* saying it didn't happen, we obviously don't know. Just, given timing, this feels like it might be a money grab. Don't get me wrong, if this did happen it is horrible and I won't defend an ounce of it. Just...let's see how it plays out. Anyone can accuse anyone of anything. Didn't Von Miller get his case thrown out earlier? Something about this feels off.

But can The Process fix that? Remember, Diggs supposedly had a BA. Did OBJ show any BA with the Rams? Honest question, I'm curious.
