You are very accurate I personally know women who have played that game. If this girl really had this happen to her may she get every single penny she deserves but there are a ton of Amber Heards out there.

The fact is Matt should be the one having a press conference with his attorney. If he doesn’t want to answer sensitive questions due to legal issues that is understandable but he should be out there telling people he didn’t do this or else public perception is the kid is guilty of rape.

Like I said before if this kid is guilty of this his life is over. But I’m going to let the investigation play out before I pass judgement. Brian Banks was literally convicted of rape in a jury trial and went to federal prison and he only was found innocent when he conducted a one man sting operation. The Bills had to have spoken to law enforcement or witnesses at the party that’s my belief

NFL teams are usually pretty thorough when they do background checks on players so I’m guessing the Bills investigative arm must have talked to first hand witnesses at the party or checked with law enforcement.

If there are witnesses saying what the attorney said that she was telling people she was in college and 18 and he had oral with her then he did nothing wrong except being stupid. it does sound like the other guys might have been the people doing really bad things and Matt is getting thrown in with it because he’s famous.

The investigation really just needs to play out are there witnesses vouching for the attorney saying she was telling people she was 18 and college

I do believe if police coached her a defense attorney can view that as entrapment. This case just seems so odd on so many levels. The Bills knew at the end of July of a civil suit yet still kept him. Something here doesn’t add up.

If the kid is guilty his life is essentially over. I would just let this case play out his attorney is denying all these charges. Its so easy to play judge jury and executioner I just realize Brian Banks was convicted by a jury and sent to federal prison and the only way he cleared his name was to run his own sting operation…but still his career was essentially over.

Let the investigation play out Watson was a unique situation with over 20 accusers. But every time I think of this I remember what happened to Brian Banks. Let’s not rush to judgement as if this is true this kids life is literally over.
