I wanted the Bills to keep him. I thought he was the best DE we had against the run. And thought that he could keep getting better in McD's system. Not for 30m, but still. I never thought he was bad.

I was paying attention to his D yesterday. It's similar in it's heaven use if zone, and 4 man rushing. But he seems to use a 2-4 nickel as his base D... 2 down lineman, 2 OLB's standing in the edge. 2 MLB's and 3 CB's. It's an even lighter front against the run than we have.

Different teams. I think this year it was more about a long season after being 1 game away form the Super Bowl and not being able to get up for boring mid season games against teams they were supposed to beat. Now that every game is a playoff, it is freaking on. And we seem to be hitting on all cylinders at the right time.

Of course his passer rating is going to skew higher when late season road games are indoors instead of in Orchard Park... But both teams have to play in the same OP weather, and until you prove that Josh's passer rating decreasing more than the opposing team's qb in OP, you have not proved anything.
