  1. I trust McDermott, I firmly believe that he will be in Buffalo and have long term success. Patience is a virtue, and you should consider letting Beane and McDermott have time to make a difference for the long term success of this team. That won't be known for a couple more years. Your quips seem funny to you now, glad that is how you passively aggressively communicate. call me a kool-aid drinker, CoTP or any other name you want, I'm excited for the teams future. just odd that you feel the need to label someone...hmmmm
  2. Completely agree. They are facing an angry mob for overachieving last year. I know everyone has different expectations with this team, but i was just happy to see them make the playoffs last year. It's very clear that building a long term winner, with what they had to work with coming in, was going to take multiple years. Patience is a virtue all!
  3. Did you happen to see that Allen targeted 10 different players today? Wide receivers, tight ends, running backs....these are all skill positions, not just 4 Wrs. Again, you should be comparing Kerley to other skill position players...like you tried doing with Dimarco. But, Kerley isn't as good. And yes, Murphy made a bad decision to not fair catch 1 punt....doesnt qualify as struggling in my book. He is actually one of the bright spots You are digging yourself a bigger hole, get out before it's too late.....
  4. Great post! It's a shame that we are so quick to judge two individuals who have only been running the show for a little over a year. Plans take time to develop. This isn't blind faith or drinking the kool-aid, it's being a sane and mindful individual. Just because another team turned things around quicker, that shouldn't matter. Every team has a different dynamic to work with, and sometimes that process is realized in 1 year, while some may take several years. if you can't be patient, then stop watching this year and just sit on the sideline until next March/April
  5. If it's about Allen, then why does Kerley matter so much? He is not good, and doesn't offer anything more than what we already have at WR. I respect that everyone has an opinion, but in this case, your opinion doesn't mean much....sorry, but the Bills brass doesn't agree with you. And insults, come on man, don't turn internet tough guy on me
  6. I have no qualms with this....just hope the defense continues their play from today's 2nd half
  7. Again, you need to have backups...and clearly the team didn't view Kerley as a starter or even as highly as the backups that you mentioned. Let's see if Kerley gets signed elsewhere and contributes...i really hope he is successful, but he's a bottom of the roster player at this point in his career. Let's circle back to this conversation later I. the year and see if Kerley is as valuable in other NFL teams eyes...you clearly see something in him that I'm missing
  8. This would surprise me, given the monetary demands coming from Breelands camp If we're 2-0, might be a different story. But unless they see Breeland as a contributor beyond this year, it's a safer bet that they save the cap space for next season
  9. To anyone who thinks McDermott lost his locker room, the way that his defense played for him in the 2nd half should help answer that. McDermott is going to have a very difficult decision to make with Frazier. He's a great soundboard for Sean, but Frazier will either need to start calling more aggressive games or be looming for other opportunities
  10. Lol, u happy after Dimarco caught a pass today? that outperformed Kerley from week 1....im guessing you're not. Still don't know why you're so butt hurt about Jeremy freaking Kerley....just to argue with every move the bills front office makes perhaps
  11. 1. we need Wrs to fill out the training camp roster 2. he was signed Before the draft 3. he provides veteran guidance to a young wr core 4. he likely wouldn't have made final cuts if Ray Ray wasn't injured Releasing Kerley doesn't dictate or even directionally measure the overall plan that Beane and McDermott have. He was a fringe player, not someone they were counting toward their future "core"
  12. This isn't worth my time, but let's state the obvious: 1. we have an aging Kyle Williams 2. a rookie Dt 3. you need guys to backup in case of injury 4. most importantly, go look back at the many copied tweets from others stating that McDermott rotates 4 Dts each game
  13. Again, there are many more ways of contributing to team success....remind me can Kerley outperform Dimarco on Special Teams...bc he played 69% of snaps last week and sure didn't so anything on offense either
  14. What if I am? Still doesn't change the fact that we need 4 healthy DTs to rotate and Kerley isn't changing the outcome if we have success passing the football tomorrow... News flash, Josh Allen will still be the one throwing passes to equally as talented receivers
  15. You've likely never played a team sport, if u think finding a true leader is as simple as you stated
  16. Well Ray Ray is coming back from an injury that held him out of week 1, so you connect the dots
  17. well Dimarco is a core player on special teams, an equally important aspect to what Kerley offers us. Plus Dimarco is a locker room leader
  18. Not sure why everyone is surprised by this.... 1. we just cut a Dt earlier in the week, and need 4 to rotate 2. Kerley isn't head and shoulders above Ray Ray or Foster, and only signed a 1yr deal 3. this gives our younger WRs an opportunity to probe themselves (keep in mind this is a rebuild year)
  19. Here is what you're missing, Ben wouldn't have started 13 games without Maddox going down. The other poster simply said Ben didn't "start" the season as their starter either...and I'm trying to inform you that there were circumstances that led to Ben playing that early, and he was only asked to manage games behind a stellar defense....perhaps you follow the Steelers as close as me, and already knew this though
  20. It's laughable that you're comparing this situation to Ben... First off, you were wrong that he started the season as the Steelers Qb. Second, that Steelers team was LOADED. They had Ben as a game manager, throwing about 20 passed per game, he didn't throw more than 30 once his rookie season.
  21. Id be glad to help a fellow Bills fan out. I have 2 tickets, 3rd row end zone...pm me if interested
