  1. Which passing attack is that exactly? The one with a 49% completion rate, 2 TD, 5 INT's, 2 Fumbles, and a QBR of 12.1 on the year? Tyrod is our only choice moving forward, until it's clear we are mathematically eliminated. Peterman was a mistake to put in, especially when we are neck deep in a playoff race. He clearly wasn't ready, and isn't ready. Tyrod has at least proven to be reliable, limits mistakes, and is elusive in the pocket. He's a known entity.
  2. I totally agree. The time to bench Tyrod and see what you have in a fresh rookie is not while you're in the midst of a playoff race. That's just dumb. That being said, if we are mathematically eliminated, by all means put Peterman in and see what you have in him. We were 5-4, in the 6th seed for the playoffs, and we bench our mobile QB who makes our O-line look somewhat competent for a rookie who doesn't have the mobility to work with our crappy line. Oh, and our defense is like a wet paper bag at this point. But, yeah, lets continue to bench the QB who got us this far, stick in the Rookie who threw almost twice as many interceptions as Taylor has had all season, and see where it gets us for the remainder of 2017. /sarcasm
  3. This kind of post is ridiculous. People always post this stuff, and have over the life of the BBMB (RIP). If the Bills ripped off a win streak, you'd be right back on the bandwagon like you never jumped off in the first place. See you on Sunday.
  4. I said this exact thing the night before the game, and that Peterman was going to face some serious pressure. Taylor is elusive, and has turned many would-be sacks into positive yardage, just from his ability to escape. This is one of his best qualities as a QB, but an often overlooked one because he's not the traditional Brady/Manning/etc type pocket passer that many Bills fans want.
  5. I said yesterday in another thread that it was a bad move to start Peterman. Tyrod hasn't been exceptional this year, but he's been solid. He definitely won't lose the game on his own merit. The way this should have gone down is to keep Tyrod in until we are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, and then start Peterman for the remainder of the season to see what you have in him. At that point, Tyrod wouldn't be here next year, and you'd have a known quantity in Peterman before the following years draft. What McD did was a terrible decision. You don't give up on the playoffs when you're the #6 seed mathematically, just because the QB isn't playing strong.
  6. Personally, I think that this move was not a great one. Our O-line is terrible, and it will be even more evident without an elusive QB IMO. Prepare for a season long sack fest if he doesn't get the ball out early.
