  1. I'm sure he will keep on working on that during the season.
  2. 1 good XP snap 1 good punt snap 1 bad XP snap
  3. Do you really believe the Bills Defense SUCKS?
  4. I really wasn't a fan of not bringing in another LS/P/K during the off season. Not only for situations like this but having some guys on speed dial in case they are needed during the season.
  5. Let's all hope that doesn't happen in Miami on September 19th.
  6. I thought the same. Looks like he has been injured a lot during camp and hasn't played in any Preseason games. Here is the CBS stuff @Simon talked about. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/players/playerpage/1687529/andre-roberts
  7. Sweeney was in a boot I believe. Haven't heard anything more. I know he wasn't practicing earlier in the week.
  8. I have no idea what will happen but if it ends up that way it ends up that way. The only thing I hope is the Bills organization as a whole does the most it can to keep guys playing football every week. The rest is what it is.
  9. Yes it's accrued seasons. Credited is for pensions/benefits etc. They can be different. The CBA language is weird about the 6 game criteria. Here is an article AFTER the new CBA from last year. https://www.nfl.com/news/2020-nfl-free-agency-glossary-all-the-terms-you-need-to-know-0ap3000001106817 Accrued seasons: Used to determine a player's free agency status (unrestricted, restricted, exclusive rights). In order to accrue a season, a player must have been on (or should have been on*) full-play status for at least six regular-season games in a given season. A player under contract must report to his team's training camp on his mandatory reporting date in order to earn an accrued season. If player holds out his services for a "material period of time," he is also at risk of not accruing a season. *When I write "or should have been on," note that this is the language used in the CBA. Basically, in order to accrue a season, the player needs to be on the team's active/inactive list, injured reserve or reserve PUP for at least six regular-season games in a given season. I believe (and as you said unless someone has better facts) that the 2020 CBA changed what the previous CBA's criteria was. Kumerow has 3 accrued seasons because he was on IR in 2018 with GB along with his 5 games. One way I believe this is true is Hodgins was on IR all last year and still has an accrued season. I don't think he would of got that with the old CBA. The source I use for accrued seasons is OTC. It shows Kumerow with 3 and Hodgins at 1. Other sources show conflict with this but I use OTC and I haven't seen a situation where they were wrong YET. FWIW. https://overthecap.com/player/jake-kumerow/4455/ https://overthecap.com/player/isaiah-hodgins/8947/
  10. Looks like Lamp was released too per Spotrac site. $350k in dead money. $0 dead money for Duke.
  11. They sort of did. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/29820641/inside-new-nfl-roster-rules-2020-expanded-rosters-practice-squad-injured-reserve Expanded rosters New CBA rule: Starting this season, game-day active rosters, which used to be limited to 46 players per team, can include up to 48 players, provided that at least eight of those 48 are offensive linemen. (If not, the game-day roster size is limited to 47 players.) New CBA rule: Additionally, according to the new CBA, a team can carry up to 55 players on its roster during the week -- up from 53 in past years -- by elevating one or two players from its practice squad before 4 p.m. ET on the day before that team's game. This will allow teams a larger pool from which to select their 47 or 48 game-day active players. Any player elevated from the practice squad for this purpose will immediately revert to his team's practice squad on the day after the game.
  12. "Shut up Steph, I'm not fat. I will be 'fully pregnant' by February".
  13. Should be around 299 degrees Kelvin at kickoff.
  14. 8WRs on the active roster and 3WRs more on the PS seems nuts.
  15. They may have but it would be prudent if they did for one of the leadership guys to at least say that. Not that he would have to give details just that they are united in the plan going forward so this would end (at least for me). Having a canned reply that Beane, McDermott and all the players can use would slow the medias role in this too. My only concern as a fan is they are still all together in where they stand and if they agree that the protocols are sufficient with them then the only reply should be "next man up" when asked. I do believe they can win it all this year and survive players out with the C-word. The only thing I think really could damage the team is an internal riff. IMO. Edit: I replied to the post. I really said my piece and didn't want to comment more.
  16. Totally agree with that fact. This will be my last time commenting on this. The Bills players are adults and can, on their own, come up with any enhanced procedures if they choose. Waiting for the NFL, NFLPA, Bills Management or anyone else is not their only option. They have that power all on their own. I'm sure McDermott and Beane would welcome that type of response.
  17. Then the players should come out as a group and say that they are fine with players sitting out with Covid and the rules in place are OK.
