Maybe it's time to experiment with DB's. Move Douglas to slot and let Elam play outside. At least Douglas has some zone intuition possibly help out the LB's who lose everyone. Totally spit balling here but something needs fixing.

In 2019 Sammy Watkins opened up the season for the Chiefs with 200 yards and 3 TDs and proceeded to finish with under 700 yards and didn't have another regular season TD that year. Lets not get too excited about one game. Not saying Worthy will not be good but I'm not that impressed yet.

I mean yes but that said there should be someone other than Josh who can run someone over. Goal line and short yardage have been sore spots even when we are running well between the 20's.

Could we please .......... please sign a RB over 225 pounds. This is why we habitually have Allen running anything short yardage. Stop telling me how this or that 210lb back is a between the tackles runner. Put at least one guy not named Allen on the roster who can move the pile. A million things I didn't like but I'll chalk most of it up to them putting guys out there they want to look at who probably will not be on the roster opening day. That said line play was tough to watch and we can't move the pile unless Josh is out there.

Peterman always had the ball out on time and on target ..................... whether there's a DB standing there or not.

I was a huge fan of Bruce Smith so I'd have to start with Reggie White. Reggie White just destroyed offensive lineman. Brian Urlacher and Ray Lewis were pretty amazing also. Urlacher was everywhere run or pass and if he got hands on you, you were going down. Lewis would hit guys and you could visibly see them quit. It was like they didn't want to play another down where they might get hit again.

I think it's a very close race but Mahommes is a more mature decision maker. I think the talent is the same or possibly a hair on Allen's side but be it luck or maturity Mahommes is safer with the football. Allen out fumbles Mahommes 2 to 1 and Mahommes usually has a few more TD's and a few less picks.
