I think it would be less "crazy" and more important to get more talented WRs thant to have another (extremely expensive) RB on the roster.  Defenses really wouldn't care about which RB is going to get the check down pass.    Stretch the field or watch the playoffs from your warm, southern state home, Bills players....

I was thinking about having both with a better receiving core as well. If we can get a legit receiver and have both that would be crazy. That's what I was referring to. I wasn't referring to having only 2 big play RBs

  2. I said at one point how crazy would this offense be if we signed Bell and Kept McCoy next season. Think of all the crazy offensive combinations we could have with them on the field. Split one out wide and the other in the back field and then have multiple formations with both in the backfield at the same time. Defenses would be all sorts of messed up trying to defend that. I don't see us spending that much on a RB though

How does Indy not make it over us?

If us, Indy and another team are in a 3 way tie then head to head doesn't matter considering we lost to Indy. It would all depend on other circumstances at that point. It's just like last year, The Chargers beat us head to head and finished with the same record but because it was a 3 way tie between us, the Chargers and Ravens there were other tie breakers that came into play which is how we got in

  4. We all know that this offense has been pathetic. We know that they have traded away a lot of good players. We know that they took on a lot of dead cap space this year and for some reason they have an obsession with Peterman but let's look at the last two drafts. We seemed to have hit on some nice players

    Tre'Davious White: Lock Down Corner

Zay Jones: Has shown flashes he can be a very good receiver

Dion Dawkins: Easily Our Best offensive Lineman

Matt Milano: 5th Round Pick but a very nice gem at linebacker

Josh Allen: Has Shown Some Glimpses. Very Athletic but Very Raw. We'll See What Happens

Tremaine Edmunds: Has Looked Fantastic This Season. Will be a cornerstone for a long time

Harrison Phillips: Has Made Some Plays

Taron Johnson: Has played Well This Season

Wyatt Teller: Got His First Start and Looks Like A Mauler

A lot of these guys have been mid to late round picks. I think they deserve credit for the last two drafts that have been put together. I think another solid draft and some nice free agent signings with a lot of cap space we can be a potential playoff team next season

I would say it’s pretty unlikely he is legit. How many UDFA become good NFL QBs? Not saying it’s impossible. But not very likely. More than likely the gameplan and the raiders Swiss cheese defense is helping.

Does a game plan and swiss cheese defense matter with Peterman?

Okay, I get your logic. However, it has been made very clear that this time, under new ownership, they are going to build a consistent winner over time. Ralph and his cronies never once said that since 1960. Don't you honestly think we owe it to them to give them a fair chance? Not over 50 years mind you, but a fair chance like 5-years?

Yeah, I'm all for giving them the chance. But if that doesn't work then a new coach and regime come in here, preach the same thing and it's the same thing all over again and then we hear again "just give them time. Gotta have patience".

    One thing I don't understand...

How is it that the past Bills organization under Ralph Wilson is constantly assumed to be the same organization under the Pegulas? Saying that the Bills organization has been bad for 50 years makes no sense when today's Bills are a new organization, except for Jim Overdorf.

Someone explain this to me, please.

Because the team has existed for 58 years and has been just as bad as it is now and sometimes worse under Ralph. By saying that the team is not the same team under Pegula is like saying that this team didn't exist for the first 54 years and we were an expansion team in 2014 which makes no sense. New ownership doesn't mean new team it's still the "Buffalo Bills".

If Robert Kraft sold the Patriots and the new owner came in and got rid of Belichick, all of his coaches and the whole front office and started over with someone else but they still continue to dominate the league and win multiple Super Bowls over the next 10 years, would you say "The Patriots have only been good for 10 years"? You shouldn't because it makes no sense. They would be dominating for 30 years at that point. It's still the "New England Patriots".

Another way to look at it is for 17 years we waited for the Bills to make the playoffs but we had like 7 different regimes and were constantly told to have patience under each regime because the current regime is not the last one ehich is true but it doesn't mean that all those other years they didn't make the playoffs didn't count. The "team" didn't make the playoffs for 17 years. Under your logic you would be saying every time we got a new regime "we haven't made the playoffs in 3 years" which is incorrect

So you think the Dolphins HC is as confident as BB Wss AFTER he won the SB with a young QB and that trading the old franchise QB high contract inside the division is the same thing? BB was and still is playing with house money..

At that time it was one year and one super bowl he had no way of knowing whether Brady was gonna flop or not. He just took a chance and made the right call. For all he knew, Bledsoe could have came here and took us to multiple super bowls. He's not that much of a genius that he could have possibly known 100% what the outcome of that whole thing would turn out like. After all, he is who he is because he has the greatest QB of all time playing for him. That's what makes him look like a genius

You already did "say something to this." You are the one who acts like following the team passionately owes you something.  I believe it is exactly similar.  The problem is when you read it taking "Bills" out for "girl friend" it seems stupid.  Welcome to the world on most saw your post or the post you supported.

I never thought that the team owed me anything. Where the hell do people come up with this garbage? I am a fan of a team that hasn't had a franchise QB for 22 years since Kelly retired and because I've grown impatient by not having one like most fans have, you think that I think the Bills owe that to me? Not once have I said that nor did I imply it. Ridiculous. The fans are the spectators not the team or regimes themselves. By referring to the players and different coaches and regimes that have nothing to do with people like you and me that are just watching the game, is why your marriage argument doesn't make any sense. Because your talking about one person in particular wanting to marry another person for a long time, having it not happen and then going on to someone and saying I want to get married now because I've been waiting 20 years has nothing to do with someone that has been watching and waiting for that guy to get married at the same time saying "I've been wanting this so badly for you". Like that guy getting married is gonna meet the requirements of the people that have been hoping for him to get married all that time also. That's where your argument is off base. We have had many different coaches and regimes here in the last nearly 20 years and by pointing each one of them out specifically you basically make the argument that we have new franchise players every few years because a different regime brings them in. The team and regimes are different from the fans themselves.

Sure it does.  Here is a parallel example: You date someone for 20 years and s/he won't marry you although you have asked five times. You break up and start to date someone new.  After a month you ask to get married and s/he says "no." Do you say to him/her "why can't you marry me sooner.... I have been waiting for over 20 years!!??!" This scenario sound stupid?  Of course it does.... as does your argument.

This argument is so off base and extremely stupid. You're comparing relationships and marriage to a sports team. Dating someone for 20 years is nothing like being a fan of a franchise and waiting over 20 years for a QB. I don't even know what to say to this

Entirely different front office and ownership.  But IF you feel the personal need to hold them accountable for all that to make you feel better...... have at it!!

We understand that was an entirely different front office but that doesn't change the fact that we as fans have been waiting over 20 years for a franchise QB. Your argument makes no sense
