Roadhouse
Hell yes! Have a decades running bit with a buddy that whenever it’s on we text (used to be a call) just a saying from the movie to the other guy. Just as an FYI we are watching. It always makes my day getting that Rando.

Can anyone explain why we have a thread about Ole brick hands and his jersey number ?
...but more importantly why am I even reading about it?

The BGE is excellent in my opinion but takes some time and experimenting to get down. I cook anything on it from pizza to ribs to brisket etc. leave it out all winter with no issues. Use only lump charcoal and start it with cotton balls dipped in vegetable oil and good to go.
I think that unless your going top shelf Komodo Kamado then the BGE Primo or Joe are all good choices.
goodbthing with the BGE is there are easy to find accessories and articles for mixing matching items of other brands to meet your needs. And so many websites for recipes and help.
Just remember grill space is limited so you may need to multi-tier for extra space. Go XL if you plan on cooking for 6-8 regularly

Dude......I could care less about any make believe situation involving Josh Allen playing in Arizona with Klimt Kingsbury.
my only point here is: rosens 2 opportunities were crappy opportunities. That’s all.
They may have been crappy opportunities but he did little to nothing to take advantage of what was given to him. If Allen, Mahomes, etc were in the exact same position the conversation would be much different ala geat effort by the QB but just no surrounding talent. Rosen just had no talent at this level and no desire to work for it.

Wife and I can have a great time anywhere we go, and Cleveland is no exception. It’s similar to Buffalo, everything is only 15 mins from wherever you are.
I forget the name of the neighborhood we liked the most, “Marketside” or “Ohio City” perhaps? Had a cool Allentown vibe to it. Had beers and some grub at a place called Nanobrew, more beers at Great Lakes Brewery & Market Garden brewing, then got some street tix for the Indians game that afternoon. And more beers there
I’m sensing a pattern here😂

"Were there any consensual sexual encounters after a massage? Yes"
I know there is porn dedicated to stuff happening during/after a massage, but a massage treatment is not sexual. It isn't supposed to be. That's a massive red flag when he's flying these women in for what seems to be a booty call, unbeknownst to them. "He didn't coerce or use his position of power." Even if he didn't do this consciously, come on. You simply can't be a guy like DeShaun Watson and not have that power inherently. It's like the Louis CK thing (and what Louie did wasn't right but I think amounted to making some women feel deeply uncomfortable). When you're in a position like that, people who view you as an idol of some kind can perceive that you have the power to advance their careers in some way, or ruin them if you say no, even if it isn't directly implied a la Harvey Weinstein.
I get sometimes it can be tricky to discern true consent, but there are situations where maybe you should use Tinder instead, or have the woman agree to perform these acts before flying them in.
I'm not going to assert Watson is guilty, but these admissions are from his own lawyer.
I agree with everything you're saying. He knows he has "power" in the situation, just look at his actions trying to get traded! Also, he denied all of this initially, now the tune changes to consensual sex. That only happens when there is evidence, or so much circumstantial evidence that it can not really be denied any longer.
A guy like this can pay for anything we would want in that department, just have his agent order it up, right? Discreet and clean, but the he did it this way because that is where the thrill was.
Its going to get even uglier as the lawyers leak more info to keep up the public court of opinion.

His next move is probably rehab for addictions, settlements and some kind of suspension agreed upon between him and the league
He will get that rehab during his prison time. I believe more will come out with greater and more harmful accusations.
Everyone knows he did something bad it’s only to what degree of badness and to how many.
his only arguments boils down to consensual sex and his now sudden realization he has an addiction.
lame lame lame excuses.

I agree it does. Age we are in and lord knows I never want to be in the position to be judged by that court.

Let's say the QB throws a perfect pass.
Kelvin Benjaminthe WR bobbles the ball and puts it right into the hands of the defender. Is the resulting INT the QB's fault, or the WR's?Scott Norwood provided a kick which very well might have gone through, had the laces been aligned correctly. Was it his responsibility to somehow adjust his kick to the fact the laces were facing the wrong way? Is that something the coaches had drilled into him during practice? I don't have the answers to those questions. But, I haven't heard of kickers practicing "laces wrong" type kicks.
As for the long snapper thing: a few years ago I read Bill Polian's book. In it, he described an (unnamed) long snapper. According to Polian, the long snapper was a perfectly good player except for one thing. When he snapped the ball the laces were always aligned incorrectly. He wrote that he didn't want to have to cut an otherwise good player due to that one thing. So, he had a coach or ex-player (I forget which) work with the long snapper on that issue. The coach figured out that the ball was consistently a quarter turn the wrong way. So he taught the player to rotate the ball by a quarter turn before snapping it. Bingo! Problem solved. The player kept his roster spot.
The point I was making with the missed opportunities thing is that the blame for the loss doesn't all come down to the final play. Every player who missed plays they should have made should be held accountable, not just the one missed opportunity at the very end of the game.
You are correct, but nobody remembers that the meal wasn’t that great, but they remember that the dessert sucked for sure.

Watson shouldn't be surprised by court of public opinion, it's more prevalent now than ever.
And I still don't know if he did anything wrong, could have. Might not have, who knows.
Although nobody on TBD knows what really happened, it doesn’t take much thought to figure out what really happened. If it looks like a fish smells like a fish and swims like a fish it’s a fish.
Dude has a kink, used his celebrity and assumed “power” and did his thing with numerous MTs. Didn’t think he’d get hammered and assumed incorrectly.
Now it’s pay up time and he’s trying to figure out what went wrong and to get out of it.
unless this is a setup story for the ages, where 24 people and a prominent attorney can kept their yaps shut about a conspiracy to defraud an NFL star, the solid money is the dude is guilty of at least a large part of the allegations.
nonetheless he is due his day in court and deserves to be heard-because court is where it’s going , both criminal and civil. If innocent then good for him and move on. If guilty then punishment is punishment and NFL goodbye.

I don't think Ashley is a hypocrite or more of a money chaser than the average human.
I do think Deshaun will play NFL football again, but it might not be this year. Not sure of the "prison yard" thing yet.
Definitely a weird kink in that man's hose though.
I can’t see him playing again. Too many women coming forward and there will be too much coming out in the near future for a team to voluntarily associate with him. Maybe it’s all true maybe none is true but we can all assume it’s at least partially true. And partially true is creepy enough

If true, as awful as that is at least they can live to talk about it and probably get compensated. The dogs on the other hand........
I’m a dog guy , but never would I place the potential rape of a fellow innocent human being below the death of an animal. Sorry but priorities are priorities

Disagree but I'm a dog person. Betting on two dogs fighting to the death is pretty sick. Hanging, electrocuting, and drowning dogs deemed not aggressive enough is pretty appalling.
I'm not downplaying him putting these women in extremely uncomfortable situations but there's been no accusations of rape to the best of my knowledge.
The forced BJ would be considered Rape in many circumstances.

Thanks everybody for your comments and suggestions. I’ll be passing some recipes along and hopefully phase 1 is a success.

thanks all and Go Bills!

I’m sure there are dozens of posts on this but I’m too damn lazy to search through them all.
trying to get my favorite bar here in Western Massachusetts to start serving Beef on Weck. Need some good recipes a restaurant can use to get this off the ground.
Any actual specifics would help. They are willing to give it a go if I can help. If I pull this off thinking I can get them the Sunday ticket and make them a Bills bar in short order.
thanks for the help!

in this case though seems like an episode of criminal minds.

This case is getting weirder by the day. I mean who uses 40+ massage therapists in a few years? Not normal for sure
appears that these 18 whom he didn’t potentially abuse either didn’t float his boat or he kept them “abuse” free as his ace in the hole just for this reason. Just strange all the way around.
too many moving parts to not have some real substance to the claims

Florio thinks Watson should settle all of these cases now. I have to agree with him for once. The number of accusers makes this clearly seem like a pattern and not a joint effort at a money-grab. Watson could very well end up facing criminal charges and incarceration.
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/03/23/deshaun-watson-needs-to-settle-these-cases-now/
But the million dollar question is how many girls? If he has been doing this for four years (or longer) could easily be up to 40 plus women and I doubt the settlement amounts get less as they keep rolling in.
still do you take on a dude who just settled 40 (in this scenario) potential sexual assault cases? Nope most likely. Plus i would assume there is an out and recoupment on the guaranteed cash for catastrophic damage to the franchise.

well understand if Watson’s smart and settles these all quickly best believe every single one of those settlements will have a non-cooperation clause in there and then any criminal investigation and NFL league investigation is dead-ended.And what’s the settlement per person going to be? I’d bet $500k minimum and we are at 24. so right now $12m plus legal of 4-5M. He’s not settling because maybe there is another 24 out there. Financial ruin and no career.

So you think his career is over ?
Not what I said exactly. I’m thinking if a team takes this guy and it blows up then that persons career is over
however unless these claims are proven false his reputation will forever have a * with “serial offender” next to it in many people’s minds. Should a team take that baggage on no matter how talented the player? I wouldn’t want that.
