My two college buds give me sh!t every year since 1995 about Jets better than Bills and how we suck for generations.
been quiet last two seasons👍 Well worth the wait! Now a Super Bowl to seal those mouths shut for good!

The Curtis downtown. Hands down do t bother elsewhere. If it was in Manhattan would be $800/night on a Tuesday in march

38-6 Bills. Allen is back in form, moss with another bruising TD and Motor with a 20 yard breakaway TD. WFT held to two FG as they miss the last to cap off a horrible outing.
and yes the D is punishing knocking off the starting QB for second week in a row. AJE gets his own “legend of “ series by people with way too much time on their hands

No Bills bars out there. My advice is to call around looking for the Sunday ticket and ask if they will put that game on for you ahead of time.
I don’t recall places having lots of TV ala sports bar style.
you may have to settle for a NY game and red zone. At least you’ll get to listen to Giants and Jets fans wallowing in misery as a bonus

Penalties killed us today and they were all just stupid. So frustrating
lots to work on and boy do we look rough

I mean can we go ahead and win something first before we worry about being unbearable about it?
But Rex Ryan declared we won the off-season years ago-that should count
Let the unbearableness begin!

Gosh I miss Al Riveron

What’s the cap hit if we cut Allen and will we have enough for Peterman to sign to a deal? He looked great pre-season

One thing that I have not seen talked about is this. If your offense uses a certain type of player or position a lot, well then you need more players at that position. The reason is that you want to have some variation in the strenths of the players, you want to have fresh legs to come in during a game and over the season AND you want to be able to replace players who are injured or need time to recover from a minor ding. .... ... Yes this is obvious. ... ... Remember last year we ended the season with 3 gimpy WR and were out of the playoffs. ... .... ... We play a lot of 3 and 4 wides (early season article "
Through four games, the Buffalo Bills have used a spread formation with either three or four wide receivers on 92.5% of their snaps, according to News charts. That’s tops in the NFL.
The breakdown is 69.6% using three wides (or 11 personnel) and 22.9% using four wides (or 10 personnel)." https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/how-often-are-bills-using-three-or-four-wide-receivers-more-than-any-other-team/article_1522e198-09ad-11eb-bf9d-cf4ebecbaaa0.html ....Another source for the season has us using 15% 4 WR,,,,,,,,,,71% 3 WR,,,,,,,, and 9% 2 WR...,,, .... .... https://www.sharpfootballstats.com/personnel-grouping-frequency.html 86% of the time we have at least 3 wide recievers on the field. ... Going 6 WR on the roster just gives one backup for each position and there is a difference between a deep threat guy and a slot receiver. ......... ................. 7 WR is NOT excessive for a game day or for being stocked for the long season.
Good post! And with the addition of the extra game it changes the percentages of injury and illness significantly.
I’m of the opinion since we are a passing team you’ve got to have healthy receivers. As Maryland posted we were out of the playoffs with hurt receivers.

I agree Rosen got more than his fair share of chances. You can’t be a total d-bag with zero personality and expect to keep getting chances when your talent is mid tier. Even high tier talent only gets so much leash being a total d-bag
Rosen appears by all I’ve seen to be both mid tier talent and a high tier
D-bag
enjoy your millions, retirement and tennis
Moving on to awesome Josh and our future Lombardi’s!

So does he collect a pension from the NFL AND The Patriots?

Goto Anchor bar, walk in check out the motorbikes near the ceiling -ohh and Aww, take a deep breath and say I’ve seen the original. Immediately do one of two things… walk the 10 min to Gabriel’s Gate for great wings and a funky time or drive to east aurora for the best wings and beef on weck and call it a night.
enjoy your time in Buffalo! It’s a great town with some awesome friendly folks

Just a prediction...Cam is the starter week 1 but Mac Jones takes over about mid season.
Takes over by game 4. Here in NE if Cam is playing poorly they are calling for BB’s head.
to used to winning and even BB isn’t immune.

Congratulations and I’m sure your trip will be awesome!
stay downtown at The Curtiss for lodging. Hands down great experience and close to tons of great places downtown. Hit Gabrielle’s Gate for a cocktail and next best wings if you can’t get to Bar Bill. Allen street is hoppin usually
Bar-Bill for wings and Weck.
grab a beer at Moor Pat in Williamsville such a cool vibe
Marble and Rye downtown for a great meal or apps
american side for the Falls imho. Canadian is way too honky tonk for me.
Explore Buffalo is easily walkable.

What movies truly capture the feeling of Summer to you?
From a childhood perspective- The Sandlot and Heavyweights
From an older kid perspective- Dazed and Confused
We watch heavyweights yearly. Such a horribly silly movie we absolutely love.

The only player on any team that gives you that kind of increased or decrease chance of winning is QB.
No other player or position even shifts a line fraction of points. Signing Ertz maybe gives you a bit under 1% chance to win a game over Knox.
The change in a TE on a team with 5 starting caliber WRs is fairly insignificant- especially a TE that is more of a split out rather than a blocking TE.
The only way Ertz really helps is if Beasley chooses to sit out - they are the 2 players that split out and move chains - Ertz is not really going against Knox/Hollister as they are playing more of an H-back blocking role to protect Josh.
I’ll agree with you on the significance of the QB and Change in winning percentage. My % was a placeholder not a scientific fact. I’ll disagree that his impact with our current roster will be less than significant. His experience and history shows he can move the chains when needed. If it’s one critical 4th needed to get a 1st in the final seconds he pays for himself. I believe he brings that experience and grit
any weapon that’s available that fits our locker room should be acquired.
-
Simply put any weapon that gives you a greater chance of winning needs to be acquired. If he gives us a 25% chance of winning a game we may otherwise have lost it’s a success. That difference is maybe playoffs or not which could be Lombardi or not
I doubt we will be landing a big Defense game changer at this point so go for it. Zero down side from my perspective.

Interesting about the running bit. According to the actress in it,( Kelly Lynch?), she said every time it was on TV, Bill Murray would call her husband and say, "Patrick Swayze is sleeping with your wife right now!"
That’s hysterical. Only Bill Murray
Dolphins are the frontrunner on trade for Deshaun Watson

I find it interesting to think about how much money is generated by clicks and views about stories related to this POS. And I admit I’ve generated my fair share of interest in the story.
any team that willingly takes on this degree of filth from what any reasonable person can make a logical conclusion of the truth gets what they deserve.
so he can throw a football and run a football-there should be at least a bit of dignity to the game and the most important position in sports I would think.
if Miami is a “front runner” then let them win this prize. Will cost them years of grief
