    Off the top of my head, perhaps Raekwon Davis, Damien Harris, Anfernee Jennings, Christian Miller, Jonah Willams, Deionte Thompson. Mack Wilson. Ross Pierschbacher, Lester Cotton, Isaiah Buggs, Savion Smith.

    With a little experience, Foster is going to be at least a number 2 receiver . He has elite speed and the ability to get behind defenders.
