Paused watching the message board to watch the Ray Davis mini-movie. I didn't realize his back story. I get it: Pass-catching, thicker RB with a nose for the EZ. I feel like Beane liked his story better than Braelon Allen's. Time will tell if it was the right pick, but you can't root against a guy like Davis. Dude is a beast, and he's fought his whole life. I'm down with the pick, the value, and the need was definitely there.

And, once again, the Ravens get incredible value, late. TJ Tampa is way better than where he was drafted.

You know, I wasn't thinking about it, before, but I wouldn't hate it if we took Rattler with one of our middle-to-late 5ths. We've not really had any sort of young, capable backup QB in the Allen era. Rattler is raw, and needs tons of work, but he's a gamer, and I wouldn't hate having him over Mitchy Biscuits. Just a thought.
