  1. The Jalen Hurts/Taysom Hill package is the worst idea in the league.
  2. Allen is regressing and needs to figure it out. For all the talk of the defensive gameplan, Buffalo made a choice and it largely kept them in the game in spite of Allen missing all over the field. This is 2 weeks in a row under 20 points and they have no chance to win with that scoring output.
  3. This is largely correct. The defensive gameplan here is a choice, but Buffalo has to move the ball against this defense. Now they need a stop to get a shot here
  4. Josh Allen's playing like a scrub for the 2nd week in a row. Largely, the D has been keeping the team in this game but it's inexcusable that they just can't move the ball today
  5. I think they're a good team and are well-coached but their offensive skill position talent seems limited and it makes them look underwhelming at times. I think their defense is pretty legit though.
  6. It largely doesn't matter whether they go for 2 now or later.
  7. Actually the Giants and 49ers both have decent defenses.
  8. In the next five weeks, Chicago is going to play the Saints, Rams, Packers, and Titans. I would have called timeout the second I saw that wildcat.
  9. I think the NFC isn't quite as up for grabs a as people think. I think it's largely a matter of who between Tampa, NO and Green Bay is going to make it. Outside of those 3, Seattle and the Rams will be in the mix but they aren't really playing anyone yet and to me make up the middle tier. Chicago also has a good record but ia running into a part of the schedule that will expose them coming up soon. The AFC on the other hand has a bunch of good teams. KC, Buffalo, Baltimore, Tennessee, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Indianapolis and Las Vegas are 8 teams for seven spots.
  10. I think going for 2 is correct because if you get it, you win the game and if not, the other team has to score a TD and win the coin toss and then score again. I'd rather give Watson the shot at winning on the 2 point conversion if he isn't going to see the ball again anyway.
  11. That's an incredible play by Wentz.
  12. Gotta get past the fast start by the Titans here.
  13. It's the wrong call, especially with Cook not there. Going for it is the only decision you can make where there's a chance you lose the game. If you make the chip shot and kick it off through the end, you get an 8 point lead for 19 yards of field position and another possession.
  14. Obviously that's incomplete.
  15. I support going for it often but not there.
  16. You go up 8 there so the worst case scenario is a tie.
  17. Going for that 1st down is insane.
  18. I think Dallas has no shot at all with Dalton.
  19. I think a lot of teams are close together this season. Right now it's hard to identify who the top teams are outside of Green Bay but it's really easy to identify who the terrible teams are.
  20. They're leaning on their rushing attack and playing a relatively soft schedule so far, but they're loaded at the skill positions and have a good line. They're 30th in pass attempts so they're not counting on Mayfield for much, which helps. Philly's playmakers are also 2018 Bills level.
  21. The average team is scoring 26 a game coming into this week, so our perception of what good defense looks like needs to change. Buffalo gave up 13 in the first half, gave up the FG on the first drive of the 3rd quarter then locked it down until basically garbage time. I think they may have to disguise more. With no fans, it's easy for offenses to use the hard count to get the look at the line and change plays like in college FB.
  22. Punting out of the endzone doesn't bother me at all.
