Probably only the Browns Defense is better imo. 49ers are a top 5 Offense and Defense.

Their Defense is amazing. Bills Defense stacks up really well against their Offense. Plus if things break right you could see the 2nd round be: Browns @ Ravens, Chiefs @ Bills. Browns are good enough to knock out the Ravens.
