no Billsy isn't Criminal. We are way beyond billsy here. Say what you will about the Bills but this type of situation is just the worst on so man y more deeper levels than billsy..imo

this is random as **** but absolutely truth. In 1976 I was a foreign exchange student in Oruro Bolivia. For whatever reason Mr Kissinger made an appearance there in the plaza central. So I went to see him. The secret service members were swearing like sailors. There was zero crowd control the locals were swarming his armored car like crazy I was standing back just taking it all in.I stood out there being blonde in a country mostly inhabited with dark haired people. no one who is involved in animal rescue would say that dogs shouldn't be spayed or neutered. Pitties are the most euthanized breed in shelters so in that respect I agree with you. If you mistrust or dislike the breed I get it. But respectfully this isn't the forum or thread to discuss banning them
