I buy some high quality dried pastas for variety. But I don't make it. I have a stand mixer with a dough hook. But I'm clueless how to make homemade pasta. I just started making my own home made pizzas from Aldi fresh pizza dough. It is delicious highly recommend I do love to cook though.

upon reflection I believe that after the super bowl we can refocus our attention to either other things outside football. OR the football obsessed can turn to the NFL draft.
