co-workers and Bosses are 2 different subjects. I had pretty even keeled decent folks above me most of the time. I'm thankful for that. I was in sales and it did get cut throat at times. But I didn't give that many ****'s so no skin off my nose I know of some really dickish bosses from hubby though. The ones who claim their teams accolades as their own because they want the glory for themselves. That is RAT behavior. It's sneaky, it's selfish and it's overall dirty pool I think it is in a bosses best interest NOT to be a **** But clearly some of them never got the memo.
