If the problem with the offense is that Josh isn't thriving... How will elevating the QB coach help?
He hasn't been playing the Josh Allen style of football being who he is. Has to be something/someone being the reason for it

With Josh's mishandling of the ball on hand offs , it makes me wonder if he has numbness in hands because dropping the ball twice while handing it off should just not happen, thats pee wee level stuff. Maybe he's getting pain killer shots thats making it difficult to feel the ball , could also explain his errant throws ??
I doubt it, it's just not nearly anything serious enough for that to be a reason...
It's just mostly how he can be careless with the football more than he should, nothing more nothing less

If Beane stays perhaps he may learn that OLs are important and that 10 crap Jags is less than 5 quality players.
Yeah that's my point, if he doesn't then he will quickly be hitting the ol dusty trail....He would have a much shorter leash to work with. That's my guess anyways....

Don’t know.
Does Terry revel in the accomplishment of breaking the drought and building a contender that never finished its business? We shall see.
19 minutes ago, Wayne Arnold said:Question is - does Beane stay on and is he the one who fires his partner? Or does Pegula fire them both? Does Pegula have the ballz to do that? I'm skeptical.
My educated guess would be Beane stays for the moment (benefit of the doubt earning a short leash for drafting Allen) but won't take very much for him to get sent packing too

Has anyone considered that perhaps this is just who Allen IS and that coaching has hidden it up to this point?
Who Allen is? He is a QB that uses his legs and now no longer does and there's a reason for that

It's a start which was much needed. Now we'll see how this plays out on whether McD will follow in the near future or not

the only issue I have is when it is from the half yard line
Fully agree, other parts of the field doesn't bother me half as much. Even then though it's how often it's called that's still frustrating, but inside the 1 yard line makes me lose my *****

If someone may have already posted any updated info regarding this, Haven't had chance to get time to look throughout thread yet so sorry to bring it up again....
But was curious has anything been mentioned yet of possibility any of the 3 new players could go Sunday night? Thanks
Guess I assume nobody knows yet and maybe by tomorrow will be some updated info

Literally every breakdown I’ve heard talks about how the Bengals Offense needs to start strong.
If they do, they’ll likely win the game.
Fantastic news given our defense loves giving up points on opening drives.
Yeah, but I still feel like (curious about other thoughts here as well) I just have a bit more confidence in defense against Bengals now compared to Frazier.

This is a zero risk move to fill a void at RB. I love it. Guy has a nasty streak, has a lot of playoff experience, can block and catch. What’s not to like? That he’s going to take some reps from Murray at some point? Signing a guy to the practice squad does not prevent us from making a move at DT/LB/CB/WR if there is a move to be made.
Doubt it, think he will get about the same amount that Harris was getting

If it means no shotgun on the goal line on 3rd down I'm in.

Um.....paging @HoofHearted though he's prolly bored with banging this drum
(every running play from shotgun is not a draw. multiple run plays can be executed from shotgun. you sure them are draws you're seeing? 'cuz the Bills actually don't run very many actual draw plays)
Yes I'm definitely aware they all aren't actual draw plays....
It's what I've always called those plays because it's habbit

How are so many people upset with this. He will be a huge asset to us!!
I don't see anything about this that you would see as a"huge" asset? Maybe he will improve the RB pass protection, that's about it. not sure it's enough to be a "huge" asset.

Maybe they think he will be better on shotgun draw lol

This is a Ken Dorsey stat:
It's to be expected with the amount of shotgun draws being called

So sweet to see the Chiefs lose. And sweeter still to a crap team.
Not too often you'll see a team beat the Chiefs with just 114 yards passing...
So if we lose next week do they still remain a “crap” team? The bolded was the original statement that I did not make that you responded to. Your statement appeared a non-sequitur to me, because it was not evident how whether the Bills win or lose next week had any relevance as to whether the Broncos were a "crap" team. That was what my actual comment was about. Your further responses confirm what a fine fellow you are indeed.
Lol, makes Pats loss not look so bad

This goes to the greater question, which need not be answered at this time, imo. Was it a heart attack? Was it after some substance abuse? Something else? None of that matters in this moment.
It’s certainly curious, but right now I’m focused on his life and his legacy. I LOVED his bit above where he knew he’d be remembered for Friends, but he wished he’d be remembered for trying to help people. I will choose to remember that, Matthew, in your honor. You deserve it.
RIP
That's the thing, from what I've seen so far it was reported there was no drugs or anything. Just drowned in hot tub.
1 minute ago, Just Jack said:I've seen some articles that said it could have been a heart attack/cardiac arrest. Another article I saw said that he had been playing pickleball for two hours beforehand. So maybe lots of cardio with a heart issue?
Oh ok, I didn't see that. Thanks, that's would make sense.

I'm not sure if it could be more to this than the details that have been reported, but it just seems weird to me that he simply drowned in a hot tub. I mean if falling asleep you would think it wakes you up soon as your face started to go under water.\
Idk,

I don't know the stats, but in this particular case I'm not sure it can get but so much worse. Imo it's better it happened now than sticking it out til later.
Reason I say that is because it's early enough that you still have time to make a run so why not since you know all you need with Dorsey, so there's a chance players respond differently for the guy taking over.
