  1. Yeah I’m not writing that whole loss off on Dorsey. The Bengals physically dominated the Bills and mentally intimidated the Bills in both meetings last year. Mixon could have ran for 200 yards if the Bengals wanted it that day. And I knew we were going to get rocked in that game as soon as Leslie Frazier said they were going to reuse the same gameplan from the Monday Nighter. Our Head Coach was running around saying you couldn’t really take anything out of the Monday Night game. The crowd knew it as well because they were non-existent from the first snap.
  2. I think Cook is a nice diversion for the main problem still, and that is no playmaking threat at WR.
  3. The line, ESPN Analytics has them at 63% Pass Block win rate (6th), and 72% Run Block win rate (7th). So a legitimate Top 10 offensive line. The entire McDermott era has featured a younger back, stuck behind a veteran. Cook has definitely broken out of that vice grip. Johnson, Murray (even Fournette) are a good rotation behind there - so much better than the Gore, Singletary, Moss days. I am less sold on Kincaid’s season than most. He’s been okay, but I see him as mostly a background piece so far. He catches short passes, for not a lot of yardage. Joe Marino has talked about how he wants him to be the unquestioned #2 pass option next year and I’m not there at all. Our WR group is 10-12th even with a high-level Diggs averaged in. Davis doesn’t come back for the ball, high point, or Moss anyone. He can catch a post route if he has 2-3 yards or separation, or a minimal separation comeback route. That’s all he does. He can go. Shakir is ok. Harty and Sherfield haven’t done enough to really hand out more than an Incomplete grade. They have virtually no role. Harty had a nice 25-yard grab against the Chiefs. Needs are #2 WR, and best Offensive Lineman available.
  4. Wings the size of Dominos are inedible garbage. Breading is disgusting, and just an avenue these places take to hide the low-quality of the poultry. Places outside of Western New York have no idea how to make a crispy wing. In almost all cases they are under cooked and rubbery. Always have to ask for Blue Cheese, otherwise the default is Ranch 🤢. And teef nailed it - the combination of these places thinking their wings are good and then selling them for absurd prices makes me only get them when I come back to WNY. I eat the $30 it takes to get 15-20 of them, and then don't have them again for months. There is place down here, Pies & Pints, has a good tasting char-grilled wing, served with Gorgonzola cheese. You get 6 of them for $14.
  5. The collective media - Cowherd, King, Florio, Dan Patrick, Greenberg, the good ole’ boys on Fox radio, Broussard and Parker - they’re all 200 years old. Peter looks old in that video, sounds old in that video, and is saying a whole lot of nothing. For a guy who has covered the league for so long, he is still limited to recapping results after the games have been played and generic talking points about who is playing “good” and who is playing “bad”. Or guys who are paid millions to cover the game, actually, could you know, watch film and have an educated opinion on the game they “love”. Greg Cosell doesn’t offer any predictions on what will happen, but at least he knows what happens and why. Peter King is nothing more than Dan Patrick or Colin Cowherd or Stephen A Smith. He’s a common fan that says nothing interesting or new that you couldn’t conclude from watching highlights of the games on the weekends. Tell me again why Brandon Staley had to be fired, or now let’s have a discussion on why Christian McCaffrey is an MVP “candidate” - like I don’t own a television or have access to the internet.
  6. This is why I rip the media. When you watch this, does Peter King tell you anything you don’t already know? Like he’s sitting there assuming he’s educating you about your team.
  7. What's the problem? They have Poona Ford on the inactive list every week, so he just becomes active. With Lindval Joseph in the fold, the team has added enough flexibility.
  8. But when Mahomes does it, or Brady did it for years they were "smart"
  9. He lowered the boom twice on Dak like a wrecking ball.
  10. Give it to McDermott. Whatever the media or fan narrative, the players are playing their guts out for him.
  11. Gabe Davis, you can get on the first plane the heck out of here.
  12. All because the Bears couldn’t pick up a freaking yard. 1-yard.
  13. In my mind it’s always been Kansas City and Dallas as a package deal. The loser of Steelers v Colts drops out this week, and Stroud is a long shot to make it back in time for Tennessee, but because the Bills don’t have the tie breakers on the Broncos or Bengals, they need the game. Broncos only hard one left is this weekend against Detroit. Otherwise they look like they’ll go 3-1. Bengals have at Chiefs, but again, other than that one game, they face Vikings, Steelers and Browns at home, and the Browns have out 8 starters this week from their opening day roster.
  14. And this year McDermott has had Hyde try and cover 1 vs 1 on the outside, and he's been exposed there.
  15. Kincaid said something like “I’ll do what I can to be ready for the next game” in last weeks post game, so does that make him borderline for Sunday?
  16. I think we're at the point where it's who cares. Who cares who likes who, we all just have to do what we have to do to get into the Playoffs.
  17. Nope, he can go. Get a better athlete in here that can actually separate. The Bills need to double down on WR this offseason. No Shakir can't be a #2, no Dalton Kincaid should not be the #2 target in this offense, yes you should plan for Stefon Diggs physical decline before he falls off a cliff, yes that means you take a WR in Round 1, yes that means you explore a George Pickens trade in the offseason. Our weapons are AVERAGE.
  18. Sounds like the Bills trainers are at fault here. They would advise the Coaching Staff as to the severity of the injury and recommendation on playing status vs. IR. That's on the medical team, not the player.
  19. I honestly don’t care if it comes at the expense of Harty or Sherfield or Gabe’s snap counts. Sherfield has played 6 seasons including this one. 3 of them have been exactly what he’s done this year - nothing. Harty is playing 17% snap count right now. I advocated earlier in the year for him, but it’s obvious the rest of the coaches feel the same way about him pre and post Ken Dorsey, so try someone else.
  20. Why do our fans not want a better WR? I just don’t understand the logic here. Davis has been here for 4 years now, playing with the best QB in franchise history and he’s not a consistent, dynamic, athletic weapon. He's a 4th Rounder with 4.54-4.55 speed. Happy that he’s turned out to be a capable NFLer, but is the offense getting better year over year? No it’s not, despite the best Offensive Line we’ve had, good running backs, a first round TE, coordinator continuity, etc.
  21. It's working out well for both parties - Gabe can get a deal somewhere else, and for the Bills it's worked out that he's played himself out of a contract and they can draft someone just as a productive out of the box. I would double down this offseason on WR. George Pickens is now getting called out by Mike Tomlin for showing his frustration on the sidelines. What would it take to get him in Buffalo, and then draft a WR in Round 1 on top of that? Sherfield is in his last 4-games as a Bill, and it's clear that hasn't been much of a plan for him. Harty played 3 snaps against the Chiefs, after being a healthy scratch in the weeks prior, cutting him saves $4M - $5M. That leaves just Diggs and Shakir. And the Bills would be foolish to not plan for Diggs' physical decline and just hope he's the same guy at 31. And with that said, even if he is the same guy at 31, he can be taken out of games as we've seen in his Playoff games here and now the regular season. Love the guy, but the Bills organization has to raise the bar when it comes to WR and playmaking ability. And no, this doesn't account for some miraculous growth by Shorter in 2024, and if that happens, still add Pickens and a #1 WR.
