  1. Actually, the Patriots get called for Offensive Pass Interference more than any other team.
  2. You can't block a guy before the ball is thrown. I guess they were lucky the refs called it, but it was definitely a penalty and the only reason the guy was open. Colts were lucky they made the extra point...
  3. No, they are played that way because you don't want weather to be advantage on a neutral site. Weather has historically been an andvatge for Buffalo.
  4. Yeah, how did that regular field help Benjamins knee when he first hurt it? Logic is not your strong suit...
  5. I can appreciate that. At least you found it entertaining! I just think Buffalo loses a lot identity without the weather. Every football game becomes the same.
  6. Their kicker was like 50% in Buffalo before today. So yeah. And if you can't comprehend why they wouldn't have had those opportunities without the snow, you are hopeless. Other posters realize the weather affected game decisions that led to short fields. This was the best Bills game I have seen in a decade.
  7. That is asinine. How many times did both teams go for it on 4th down to affect that? That is not even close to a logical conclusion.
  8. Why should they have won the game? Because they committed a penalty on the 2 point conversion? It should have been an OT game and it was. And the Bills won.
  9. This was the best game I have seen in a long time. A dome? Are you kidding me? Absolute blast to watch.
  10. I'm not a huge fan of McD but you gotta give him 3 years cuz they demolished this team for him. At least let them build it first...
  11. Well because you can't expect rookies to carry your team and two drafts will have been used on a failed plan. And I think you are underestimating what it will take to move up. It will probably take both 1st this year and a 1st next year if you want to move into the top 3. So year 3 they will finally have a 1st round pick again and you can expect results 2 years down the road. If the QB fails. I just wonder if a vet QB and a good team is the better option than putting all your eggs in a less than 50% chance to hit on a QB in the top of the 1st... Look at the Vikings as an example.
  12. Cool! We need a QB but I'm on the fence about the draft cost. I just want people to know what it will take to make a move like that. I don't know the right answer...
  13. You can name pull but not understand my point. It's less than a 50% chance to be successful. Is it worth 3 1st round picks for that chance? Or is another route better? Also Rivers only made the playoffs without Tomlinson once and Flacco wasn't in the top 10 for any category the year they won the Super Bowl. Great pulls!
  14. Or Jameis or Tannehill or Bradford or Bridgewater or RGIII or Weeden Or EJ Manuel or Bortles or Manziel I get wanting a QB, but it's not easy...
  15. There isn't a cheap shot like that once a year let alone once a game...
  16. I don't really disagree, but look at how often top QBs bust. It's probably over 50%. That's 3-5 years of a stinky team on a 50/50 bet. Good scouting and systems can make a non top 10 QB into a quality starter. Look at Cousins. Wilson. 4 of the top 6 passers this year are not 1st rounders. Stafford is in that and they don't win with him. And the other 1st round QB, Rivers, when has he last been to the playoffs? Oh yeah, when they had LT. It's a tough bet to make...
  17. I wonder if that's why the Bills didn't even bothering covering Gronk on a few plays... hahaha
  18. Rodgers was picked in the 20s, they can stay put for that. For the Falcons to move up 20 spots to 6 (Bills need to move higher than 6 and that costs more), they gave up picks 26, 54, 124, 1st and 4th the next year. I don't think I'm that far off. Bills need a Qb but you are mortgaging the next 5 years on this GM and HC...
  19. I would imagine it would take 15, 20, next years 1st and a 4th. Would you still do it?
  20. I don't think Matthews is good and Jones is an inconsistent rookie. Panthers play better without KB. Also zero on-field speed with those guys. Meh.
  21. That draft chart is ancient. You will need WAY more than what you are proposing. Proof is in the draft day trades the last decade...
  22. Tyrod did what he could for the team. He needs a lot of gameplanning to make him successful and the coaches just didn't do that well. Also terrible WRs here. I'd rather see him play than Peterman but this coaching staff is clearly done with Tyrod. They have been looking at 2018 since they took the job.
  23. Yeah, Taylor takes the snap from the left hash, waits a beat (doesn't move left right forward or backwards), and throws it. In no way is that Taylor's fault. In watching the play, Richie gets shoved inside like he's nothing and the guy just moves forward. That play is 100% on Richie.
  24. But it's a fact all the WRs are open on every play and Tyrod doesn't throw it to them. This is fake news.
