    I guess it all depends on how things work out with Pre, Post June cuts. I would think they'll keep as many as they can for training camp and then cut from there.

    Let's talk. It would be totally stupid to draft a position that wasn't in need because you have a guy rated 1 point higher than another player who plays a position of need.

    If he is BPA and you are set at WR and you have an OT, which you need, who has a slightly less grade but is the second best guy on the board you take the OT because its a position of need and isn't a reach. All BPA means is that they aren't going to reach for a guy because they have a position of need.

    BPA doesn't mean you actually take the BPA. BPA just means you don't reach for a WR or a OT because that is your greatest need. If you don't want a WR you can look at the second highest guy on the board and if his grade is very close and maybe fills a spot you take that guy.

    If the front office does their job that should never matter because we should always have money. You don't pay players more now because you are afraid you'll lose them in two years. It's just not good cap strategy. You won't be able to keep all the homegrown talent anyways.

    I wouldn't extend White until his contract is up. I wouldn't extend Milano until his rookie contract is up. No sense in paying more for a player you don't have too.

    Edelman is their best receiver. But, that doesn’t make him a #1 receiver. Just go look at his stats.

    Actually, the Giants did win one in this decade, but OBJ wasn't on the team then, so my point still stands.

    No, they don't. Look at teams that have won the Super Bowl recently. None of them have had a dominant, #1 receiver.

    You don't need a number one receiver in this league. You just need a bunch that can go out and contribute. Look at AB, Jones, Green, OBJ. None of those teams have won a Super Bowl this decade.

    You can never have too much speed. Maybe Baltimore didn't utilize him correctly.

    They'd save $3 million by cutting Ivory, so they would net $1 million.

    I don't see them getting mega deals. Hyde will be 31. Poyer will be 29 nd will probably get a nice contract if he keeps contributing. I could see Buffalo extending him next offseason for 3 years/30 to 35 million if he keeps producing.

    Rob Johnson and Derrick Dockery were much worse free agent signings. It is way too soon to say Star was a bad or good signing. You really can't do that until he plays out his contract or is cut.

    I'm assuming it is only players whose contracts expire in 2018 that can't sign until March.

    The only thing that matters at the end of the day is points. If you told McVay and Phillips before the game that they were going to hold the Pats to 13 points; they'd probably start getting rings fitted right then and there.

    I'm hoping his poor performance in the Super Bowl is a hint that he should quit while he is on top. Instead of trying to hang on for too long.
