You point out that the record is essentially the same as it has been the last few years, which is correct. You also point out that the team unloaded a lot of the talent (and salary), which is correct. But you seem to fail to address the fact that achieving the same record with less talent is impressive. I'm not convinced that McD and Beane will succeed in turning us into a true contender, but I am encouraged by this year's results. The luck of getting into the playoffs is just an added bonus, that will only further help the transition (hopefully) into a contender as it ends the negativity of the last two decades and allows everybody to focus on the future.

I ripped McD for benching TT and for the OT punt, decisions I still feel were awful. But I am happy to eat some crow and accept that McD's process worked out in the end.

I was planning on it but after checking out the ticket prices I decided to pass. $300 US per ticket is pretty steep for nose bleeds....and this is like $4,000 Canadian dollars each.

4th and 12 Ending the drought last night on New Year's with family and friends was special. In fact, this whole season was special. I go to one game a season typically but this year I attended three. I came over to TBD this year and appreciate the site and people. I tailgated in Hammer's lot and met a few posters from here who were great to hang out with. Just an overall amazing season, my favourite so far.

Wow...42% voted 'yes'. The eternal optimism is inspiring...but I still voted 'no'. Come on man, it's the Bills.

For starters, your wife is a much better negotiator than you to get you to agree to that deal. Smart woman. While I am happy that the team over achieved I am not ready to thank the Bills or rejoice. Until the drought is over this organization deserves no credit. On the flip side, this current regime is just starting so they also don't deserve a lot of criticism and they do deserve some time and leeway. But patting them on the back for a solid first year is like awarding a participation trophy. Show me the baby.

I would take every opportunity presented to hit him as hard as possible in the most vulnerable locations (knees, back) during the play and legally. The time for retaliation and cheap shots passed when the team stood there and did nothing, now all that you can do is play hard in between the whistles.

I'm pumped to go to such an important game this late in the year. Seeing how good Miami looked on Monday has me worried but I am hoping for big win. Let's go Bills!
