    Just another incredible coaching product by Tomlin today. He saw what other “better than McDermott” coaches like Mike McCarthy cooked up yesterday and what Mike McDaniel cooked up the last two weeks and wanted a piece for himself.

     

    All these elite coaches, just being elite and superior to our own McDummy week after week. 
     

    Good luck to Mike Tomlin on his elusive hunt for his second playoff win since 2016. If only we could be so lucky to have such a coach.

    I crunched the numbers and it’s actually FIRST playoff win since 2016. Man, we gotta get THAT guy.

    Fake Slide should be 15 yard penalty

    The slide is a play intended to protect the QB, not to do what Allen did.  That was garbage.

     

    He didn't go down nor did he slide on the first play... Show me a slide of any kind, He hesitates then hits the hole with conviction.

    I don't think this is going to be as easy as most on here think. Mike Tomlin is 1 of the best head coaches in football and can make even cast offs into playoff contenders. I expect alot of ground and pound which we;ve improved upon but are not always good at defending plus they will do a bunch of screen passes to Warren which we've been absolutely abysmal defending this season like always. 

     

    Not having to defend against TJ Watt is huge, he is the Josh Allen of the Pittsburgh Steelers, heart and soul but they have excellent leaders in Minkah Fitzpatrick, Cameron Heyward and Highsmith to go along with a great rookie CB in Joey Porter Jr. I do think we win but I think this is going to be a close 1, if I were a betting man I'd take the Steelers plus 10 but think we win by 2 FG's but i hope I'm wrong and we just bowl over them.

    He's the modern day Brett Favre, he's going to make you kick your cat and throw your TV out the window on 1 series and on the next jump out of your seat doing the "we're not worthy chant" . Love the gun slinger mentality when it works and hate it when it doesn't but we wouldn't even be in this position without him that I'm 100% certain of. There is no use wishing he'd stop the stupid turnovers, it's going to happen since it's part of his DNA so you just have to take the good with the bad and hope we can sit back and ride it all the way to a SB victory.
