You’re going to reference the 50/50 call on Josh.. on 41 who should have already had 2 personal fouls??? This game is certainly on McDermy but the refs were absolutely bad and 90% were egregiously called on the Bills.

Yes I'm going to reference it, since it was a terrible call that shouldn't have been a penalty. There was plenty of non calls for the Bills that should have been penalties also, I wasn't debating that but if Tyler bass doesn't miss the 2 FG and we don't get 2 bone headed penalties on the drive for the firts FG then we're up by9 points and it's amoot point or the Gabe Davis miscue, that's 16 points off the board. Shouldn't have even came to that imo.

  2. More like Tyler Bass... Dude is clutch until he needs to be, that is 2 games now he is directly the reason we lost a football game. The refs made bad calls all around, that personal foul on Allen was so bad to put us up in the last 2 minutes of the game.

  3. Watching him a bit in GB and now watching him with us, I feel like he'll be our pre injury Tre White going forward. Whoever coached him up at GB did a masterful job because he's a legit corner in this league and didn't even think he was available until the trade happened which just goes to show you as fans we have absolutely no insight on whats actually going on behind the scenes because there were no mentions whatsover about this guy even being available that I saw or read leading up to the deadline.

I’d add yet another game where Von was a non factor. Honestly at this point he’s taking snaps from more productive players. He’s not close to ready and I’m not sure why they keep putting him out there.

I know it appears to be that way, right now he still has the brace on his knee which doesn't allow him any bend and he's stated this in countless interviews. I think he said it can come off around Thanksgiving but don't quote me, the thought is he'll be his normal self once that happens but getting on the field and getting game reps is 100% needed for him also regardless. If he's still playing like this after the brace is off then I'll be for this 100% but I'm hoping that wont be the case.

I’m not saying the Bills should do this now, but if the back to back serious injuries cause Tre to lose a step or two, would he be a candidate to move to Safety to extend his career??

The Bills will be moving on from Hyde and Poyer soon enough.....Tre is a great ball-hawk, but could he tackle well enough to be a Safety??

    Thoughts??

Like others have stated his tackling is a liability especially at S and his price tag is way too high imo. I just hope he can get back to form, he's such a good dude and a top notch player when healthy.

McD preaches “accountability”, it’s his brand. Funny thing there is whenever it seems like he needs to be accountable though he ducks responsibility (at least publicly). After 13 seconds it wasn’t time to talk about it. He wanted to keep it in house. He pulled the same line yesterday, it’s never time to talk about anything that reflects badly on him or his coaching.

“The process” is another thing. It doesn’t seem to apply to him. He is as bad a game day manager in year 6 as he was in year 1.  Timeouts, clock management, challenges etc. so learning from our mistakes is not for him.

Im not a football coach but I was a Marine. I know what leadership looks like. I would imagine watching him throw the offense under the bus to the press the last 2 days while praising his defense and even throwing in the injury’s to prop himself up goes over about as well as a screen door on a submarine.

I’ve lost faith and seen enough of his shtick personally. Ultimately it’s up to Terry but I don’t think we will get to the mountain top with him at the helm.

This is simply not true, I've heard HC McDermott now going on 2 press conferences with him stating that "all phases need to get better and it starts with me". He even said "the defense hasn't been perfect but they played their asses off today". You can listen to both his press conferences and he says those lines about himself and about coaching the defense in both of them so I'm not sure where you're getting that he doesn't hold himself accountable, he clearly does. I'm not for or against him right now, I'm in a wait and see approach but you're spewing facts that just aren't true, go listen to both those interviews entirely and you'll hear him say those exact lines and I'm not calling you out or anything, maybe you didn't hear the full press conference but it's in there.

I wholeheartedly agree that Sean needs to be replaced and the second blitz in a row, at the end of the game, seals it for me. This was a legitimately terrible defensive play call. Period. Sean is the DC. End of story. He, unlike previous seasons, has no one to blame. It’s on him and he was outsmarted by a very talented coach and very experienced QB. This is a microcosm of Sean’s time as HC. I wish to be succinct, so that’s it.

I think he has the defense firing on all cylinders, if he has a hand in the offensive playbook he should stop immediately and let Brady/Allen do their thing otherwise he will most likely be out of a HC job. I know it's not a popular opinion but I have no problem with the 2nd blitz, I understand why he did what he did but I understand why others hated it as well and I'm cool with that also. If Johnson doesn't basically fall on the WR there it was game over but I dont know what happened to that dude this year but he sucks imo.
