I hate this very topic, the Pats and KC did this after winning Superbowls. You don’t do this after coming up short 2 years in a row or if you do you pick 1 side of the ball ( which should have been defense). Josh is going to get killed out there because we have a bunch of WR 4’s acting as 1’s and an OC with absolutely no creativity to scheme players open. It’s gotten so bad that Tasker and Brown on WGR are saying we need more Dawson Knox? We need more plays to our TE2? WTF? Schem open Kincaid, what does Samuel do well, scheme him, swing Cook out wide and have Samuel run the ball. I created that play in literally 22seconds how come our OC can’t think of anything but a bubble screen that gets our guys killed?

We will never know the actual truth about this but in my mind I’m guessing all calls/ formations are being at the very least told to Sean through the headset and if he saw something he didn’t like I think it would be on him to change it but again I’m not sure how it actually works.

I was a pretty big supporter of both Beane/McDermott but I’m 100% convinced both have been carried by Josh Allen. For how tight we are against the cap and the guys we have signed you would think there are studs on both sides of the ball. Ed Oliver 1 sack, AJ Epenesa 1 sack, Groot non existent against good teams, Daquan Jones is a bust yet again. Why did we pay Curtis Coleman with no vision for him here? We traded Diggs for no reasoning other than he didn’t want to be here but he was under contract and we didn’t have to trade him, we cared more about a draft pick. Beane and McDermott did a great job of getting us to where we needed to be but have run their course imo. I don’t see these 2 getting us a championship.

When have we ever been able to use these types of players? Deonte Harty, Nyheim Hines, McKenzie and now Curtis Samuel. Seems to be a common thing for our offenses to misuse weapons.

I agree but I definitely think we'll make playoffs and most likely win the division so instead of using picks on low end players I'd rather trade for players who can help us now is what I meant.

There really isn't much creativity on offense. Everytime we do a screen pass to Samuel he has 3 Texans/Ravens destroying him before he can even turn up field. Why no design plays to Kincaid, he would be the guy that I would be getting mismatches on every game but he got what 2 receptions? Brady seems like he's been found out and has yet to find a solution but when you have a WR 4 in Mack Hollins getting most of your targets this is what happens and why I've said since the Diggs trade that this is unacceptable to be taking away weapons for Allen instead of adding them.

The draft? We should be caring about winning a SB in the now, trade the picks for players who can get us a SB. Allen has been getting killed the past 2 games so get him some weapons who can actually get open and catch the ball. I don't care what picks we give up at this point!

There were many of us that said this was coming including myself. When things are breaking down Josh now has no "go to" guy who he has confidence in. It should be Dalton Kincaid but i don't think he's ready to be that guy in year 2 yet or Allen just doesn't trust him enough yet.

We should always make the playoffs with our QB at the helm, we haven't beaten a single team yet with a winning record. This team is not SB caliber, playoff caliber yes but the goal should always be SB or bust. Allen is going to be 29 freakin years old next year, thank goodness Manning finally won his SB at 30 but time is really working against us here. I feel like we're really wasting Josh Allen with these guys and it sucks to see.

Tom Brady had Wes Welker, Julian Edelman, Randy Moss, Rob Gronkowski, you think that is comparable to Shakir, Coleman, Kincaid?

Well the Jets are mediocre and so are our coaches so something has to give. We have so far done well against mediocre teams but the jets are always tough against us. I have not much confidence in this team but i like your enthusiasm and hope you're right!

I don't want either, I want Allen with a solid offensive minded coach whoever that may be.

McDermott is not good enough as an in game manager and Beane has ***** the bed letting Diggs walk for a freakin 2nd round pick, hated it at the time but now just looks asinine. We should be adding offensive weapons at Allens disposal but instead keep taking them away for McDermotts defense that keeps getting beat by andy QB not named Trevor Lawrence. We need a solid offensive mind with a great defensive coordinator and until that happens we will waste the best QB we've ever had. You can eyeroll, talk about preveious HC's to prove your point but he's not good enough.

Add 7 seconds to a long list of gaffs by this regime, it's 100% obvious now this coaching staff is the problem.
