Yep I agree. Got the tickets and everything. I was really hoping the bills would play Sunday, but oh well. Not missing the bills in the playoffs for only the 2nd time in 20 years
I keep hearing this "ever changing" type offense, but am yet to really see it. Sure we see some creative plays now and then, but it's not like we're seeing a completely different offense every week.
This one is easy for me. Drayton Florence pick 6 of Brady that erupted the Ralph and registered on the Richter scale. OK the last part is not true, but wouldn't surprise me
I believe playing Houston is the best case scenario for the bills. I'm not convinced quite yet that the bills are a team that can win a playoff game. The offense has to be better if they want any chance of winning. They cannot get a 7 point lead and try to run clock. They have to keep scoring as much as possible and be aggressive. Forget interception risk. Just be aggressive and keep scoring. Stop running every first down and be a little creative. Unleash Josh and let him run as much as he wants. These are some of my expectations anyway
Maybe they did, maybe they didn't, but Chan and Fitz are like two peas in a pod. I wouldn't be surprised one bit if Fitz highly recommended Gailey to his Dolphins coaches. Gailey has been retired for 4(?) years and now all of a sudden he's coming out of retirement for a 5 win team? I absolutely believe Fitz had some kind of say
I have to imagine Fitz had a say in Gailey getting hired. What team is even thinking of a coach who hasent been heard of in 4 years? It's kinda funny though, Fitz and Gailey just love each other
I'd sit foster for williams absolutely. Mckenzie isnt great, but he runs those jet sweeps which are pretty effective. I'd like to see yeldon active. He seems to be open on the screens (at least this past week) and those can kill a defense.
I don't think he played THAT bad. He had some bad snaps from center and o line blocking was pretty sketchy at times. I think in meaningful games with more preparation with starters, he'd be fine.
Remember when people said duke wasn't starting because he's slow and doesnt get seperation, but then he has a hundred yards recieving with a backup qb? Ya, start the man. I think he's earned it
What's funny/ironic is that McDermott said in his presser yesterday how popular he is with the fans. So he definitely knows we all want him in there(not that fan opinion matters).
I admit, I predicted this team to be 8-8 before the season. Even 8-8 would still have been an improvement over last season. At 10-6 I am happy. The bills are nowhere near perfect and definitely need to improve on offense. But win or lose this weekend, I'm happy overall with the season
So, with all the games pretty much done today, does anyone know if we would have made it in at 9-7? I know it doesn't matter cuz the bills finished 10-6, but I'm just curious
Every game Duke has played he's proved he can make any catch. Sideline, over the middle, deep pass etc. If he doesn't play vs houston, I litterally have no idea what a player would have to do to earn the coaching staffs trust
After watching the game today, I don't care at all if foster plays again this season. Did he make a single catch? I don't know what more Duke would have to do to prove he's a good 3rd or 4th reciever, and can make a good catch if needed
