    You guys do realize that a conditioning staff can perform poorly or improperly just like players & coaches. This is 3rd year in a row our players are dropping like flies. That's not bad luck.

    Our record every year is because of Josh....not McDermott. Unfortunately we have an owner and a McD "fan support group" that will follow him off the end of a cliff. The days of process & culture are over. Win one?....he won't even go to a SB as a HC?...He is literally the reincarnation of Marty Schottenheimer.

    He ran a 4.42 at the combine making him the fastest LB. That's substantially faster than Coleman & Hollins. I think we've found our X?

    Yup, we need Shakir back asap. We need his chemistry with Keon to accelerate. And maybe Beane can trade for Cooper? Right now I have no faith in the other wrs.

    Both Baltimore & Houston had no fear getting beat deep by us. They ran cover 1 with 5 rushers. They would've been burned twice on it if Josh could've made a little better pass to Hollins or Kincaid. I'm sure the Jets will do the same. We have no reliable X guys. Thanks BB....

    The Process is dead and the Culture needs to be re-evaluated. Good coaches and good players win you championships. Not cute little mission statements.

    I'm still convinced that half the team is pissed Saleh is gone. Clearly Aaron is running the organization now and he'll probably demand Adams next. Josh and these scrub receivers better up their game.

    We aren't the Chiefs either. So McB will upgrade this LMAO roster next year? 🤣 Dream on Weaver. He will survive another season because Terry's priorities are different than Kim's. He will emphasize defensive players who will immediately get hurt. And if there are any offensive scraps left he'll throw them at Josh. Rinse...Repeat!

    Yup, bad coaches can easily lose you close games with just 1 or 2 bone head calls.

    Giving McDermott credit for those 114 wins is tiresome and silly. Without Josh, McDermott would be wallowing as some mid tier .500 HC somewhere.

    These next 2 years I'm putting so much emphasis on wrs. Both draft and FA. I don't even care about 12 personnel anymore. Knox and Von will be released soon. Stop throwing away cap space on players that don't help Josh.

    Why is it that the few times we run play action, we perform the lamest fake hand-off ever. You're not holding the LB's, they're just ignoring it. Josh stick the ball in his hip, not fake hand-off to air?

    If this is our future then it's a slap in the face to his wife and lifelong Bills fans like myself, who will never see a championship or a generational qb like Josh again. I wish there was a world where Beane stayed and hired Ben Johnson as HC. Josh would immediately have a competent play caller and someone who'd emphasize the offense.
