    If he was just talking about the lateral I can understand. If he’s talking about the whole game I don’t. You either want the kid to play fearless or you don’t.

    Sure he does. Like when he led them down the field with just over a minute left to tie in today. Major choke there. What I say is he is a second year guy that still needs to improve in areas. Guys like you never wanted him and twist yourself in knots to try and justify your preconceived opinion.

    Place all the conditions on it you want. It takes a certain quality to lead comebacks and not all guys have it.

    Well we disagree that Taylor would have been as good this year. Allen progressed a lot this year and I see no reason why he won’t continue to improve next year.

    True. We need to improve on offense. Allen needs to continue to mature, O line is improved but needs more, same with the WR position. Play calling needs to improve.

    Allen got us to the playoffs. Taylor in my opinion would not have because he would not have pulled off the fourth quarter drives Allen pulled off.

    Offense could have done more. Duke catches the ball in the end zone, better blocking, etc. but the question seemed to me to be pick one thing that cost the game. And you can’t just give up 19 points in a row like that.

    Who led the team down the field to tie it in regulation? Who put them in position to win in OT before the ridiculous penalty call? He wasn’t perfect of course but you can Take your blame Allen for everything crap and stick it. Defense gave up 19 straights points.

    The lateral was dumb. He brings them down to tie with just over a minute left, then brings them down in position to get the winning FG in OT. But he was terrible? Please. The second half sacks guys weren’t touched. He just needs to dump the ball and take the lost down then. Or God forbid give him a hot read safety valve.
