To put TT in the same tier as Matt Ryan or Russ Wilson is ridiculous.....they are much better QBs....I agree that there's a tier missing...and TT would be in the 3rd tier....

One of my favorite saying is " If you have to ask, then the answer is probably no"......Is Tyrod a franchise QB ?...if he really was, there wouldn't be any debate....

So, because of that post, should you be lumped in the " Taylor Sucks " crowd ? ....See how that works ?.....I'm saying exactly the same thing...TT is not good enough...he doesn't suck, but he's not the guy for the Bills....

Well, we know Eli has it in him to win the big one....I don't think TT does...IMO of course....

I do agree he's average....that works when you have a defense like the 2000s Ravens, or Denver in 2015...I disagree that he's better than Cam or Eli.....I don't think TT will ever win a MVP or a SB...or 2 for that matter....See, I would take Cam or Eli for the next 2-3 years without hesitation....I would also take Mariota....

The way he plays simply doesn't fit the Franchise QB mold ...that's what I'm saying.....Do you think Tyrod Taylor is a franchise QB ?

I personally am not thrashing him...all I'm saying is he doesn't fit the " franchise QB " mold....He is the best option for this year..no doubt about that...But he's not good enough to bring us to where we all want to be...

I'm very disappointed...a " Knowledgeable " football fan knows that judging a QB solely with Ws or Ls is not the way to go....Answer me this...If Detroit comes knocking on our door today and offers us Matt for TT...do you say no ?.......how about the Raiders....yeah.....check mate .......

Yes, they are but winning comes from the entire team.....not just the QB....I would take every single one of them straight up in a trade today over Taylor.....Most fans would.....

Nope, it's not good enough.....The Lions, Redskins, Bucs, Titans and Raiders are nothing to look up too.....We need better.....again, the bar is set way too low....

Simply put...how many drives in the 4th Q with the game on the line has TT made...Miami last year...Seattle ? ( can't remember )..but the bottom line is, it's not enough.....he's not exactly inspiring back there when the pressure is on....we need better... Right now, if the running ain't working, we're screwed...that's not a franchise QB.....

Agreed...and no, it's not old school thinking....it's what a franchise QB was, is, and will always be...the bar for QBs in Buffalo is being lowered on a daily basis.....we need better than TT....just OK or decent is not good enough to win consistently in the NFL....0.500 is not what we are thriving for hopefully......

I do agree to a certain degree with this....some here are portraying TT as an awful QB...he is not....but let me ask you this...is he good enough to bring us a Championship ?....IMO, he's not...that's why he's simply a bridge QB until we find our true QB.....

What is the point of comparing TT to established QB? It doesn't help his case...at all.....Taylor is NOT as good as Wilson....everyone with minimal football knowledge sees it......And 99% of Bills fans would trade TT for Wilson without thinking twice about it.....

As you are well aware, a lot of those yards came once the game was already decided.....the Jets learned from the 1st game and made adjustments....are you saying that is unrealistic ? Stack the box and let TT beat you in the air....that's what they did and they destroyed us....As I said, bottom line is this...I don't think TT is capable to bring a SB to Buffalo, therefore he's not a franchise QB....he's not as bad as some are saying on here...but he's not a franchise QB....

IMO, Taylor is not a franchise QB....I keep thinking about comments from opponents stating " the game plan against Tyrod Taylor is Make him be a QB "....we've heard it before...and I unfortunately think we'll hear it again.....stack the box....let him try to beat you in the air......I've seen a few post blaming the lack of run game to explain the lost to the Jets....I'm not sure those posters realize they are proving the point....teams focus on the ground game and are betting on TT not carrying the team on his shoulders...which is a thing franchise QB dies.....bottom line is this...I don't think we can win a SB with him...and that, in my humble opinion, is not a true franchise QB.....

Well, after losing to a very good D against the Vikings and a very good O against NE, they've won 5 in a row....they are not a bad team....

There's maybe 6-8 franchise QBs in the NFL...TT ain't one of them....He's serviceable and the best we've had in a while, but he's not to that level....Big Ben, Brees, Rodgers, Brady, Wilson...those guys are franchise QB....

5 out of 9 TNF games so far this year have been won by the road team....
