  1. what the ***** are you talking about? good for business.
  2. girls soccer can be rough. if my kids suffer a concussion like that in high school, (and i suppose it's tough to know how bad it is at that moment) i think that would be the point i pulled them from sports.
  3. in college we went to a girls soccer game to see our friend play. two girls were in a full on sprint, got tangled up, and absolutely destroyed themselves. it's one on the hardest i've seen people without pads hit the ground. it was violent.
  4. the specific comment from you know who was that letting td mike go was a sign of a rebuild. that was also nonsense.
  5. it's ok to be critical of anyone on this team. there were just some who decided to be over the top about a rookie. i get criticism, but it's the over the top criticism that i think the op is point out.
  6. this is where i'm at with it. if my son truly wants to play, i'd let him. it really has to be his choice. i played pop warner and high school, and loved it. minor injuries here and there, but i remember it being well controlled, and the staff really was concerned about the safety of the kids. this was years ago, so i'd hope it's improved since then.
  7. you people actually managed to take the fun out of this. nicely done.
  8. don't you ruin cantaloupe for me! i love all fruit. the only way you can mess up a fruit salad is with grapefruit. i like grapefruit, but not in a fruit salad.
  9. 7 bro! it's out there!
  10. did you go to bc too?
  11. have you ever seen a child fall onto the corner of something? that will make you cringe far worse than that video.
  12. who the ***** doesn't like melon? especially honeydew?
  13. It’s not interesting, but it’s still more interesting than your thread. You’re at a 7 bro!
  14. that's actually hilarious. i mean, i'm all for critical analysis for any player on this team, but is anyone truthfully worried about oliver after 3 preseason games. if it's 6 -8 games into the season i can absolutely see this. even then i'm not getting bent out of shape by a rookie.
  15. i don't think anyone cares about the criticism. it's just strange that on a scale of 1-10, you're nervous over a player who has never taken a regular season snap is at a, "7".
  16. These multiple pregnancies really are risky. I have a deep respect for the ivf process after having dedicated a good amount of time and money towards it. It’s a different clinical profession. We had a very strong attachment to the staff. When things didn’t go well, you could see it in the faces of the doctor, nurses, front desk, etc. They truly felt bad for us, and I can’t imagine the baggage they must take home.
  17. i really wasn't ready for any of this.
  18. is it weird that this thread is far, far more interesting than you ed oliver thread?
  19. this is slightly more interesting.
  20. well...this is interesting.
  21. also, while we're at it...one crazy summer or better off dead. don't get this wrong.
  22. i would never, ever disparage the name of stan gable. he had moxie for bullie. he wasn't straight muscle like the brother from weird science, but rather knew the art of making someone's life terrible. that name is outstanding.
  23. throw in a popped collar, and i'm on board.
  24. when we finally meet and hug, the warmth from my body will prove to you that i'm very human. with human needs.
