My point is, stuff like this shows that deregulation cannot happen. We need more inspections than ever before since companies cannot be trusted themselves.

My point is, I’m sick and tired of your circlejerk over “small government” when it’s proven over and over that business needs more regulation than ever.
It’s the image more than anything. The median undecided voter is about as smart as a goldfish. Walz looks like generic Midwest grandpa. But beyond that, he’s no Bernie Sanders. He’s been pretty standard Democrat for years.
He wants guys that will do exactly as he says for whatever interests he has, that’s basically it. Wonder if there’s any historic precedent for this. Nah.
