What's the difference that's going to make our D better than it was with Kyle?
Kyle was done. Oliver is an improvement on the field.

I like AJ Brown too. Just feels like a productive NFL WR.
Samuel does too.
Productive, sure, but we need a receiver with #1 ability. IMO Metcalf is the only receiver in this draft with that potential. I get the risk there. But the ceiling is sky high.

I think I like Arcega-Whiteside more than most. Give me that outside possession receiver with a big catch radius. He could be what we wanted Zay to be, but with much better catch ability.

If Byron Murphy is there at 40 I think the Bills would have a tough time passing on him. Not to say I would - I am jonesing for offense too
Teams don't draft like fans. They aren't just thinking about this year, especially after round 1. CB looks good right now but Gaines and Johnson are on one year deals, and Wallace didn't show enough last year to earn any kind of long term commitment. If the best player available is a CB they'll take him for the future.

He sure is saying some positive things! I sure hope he works out for us. We definitely deserve it.
This article should convince you:
This one clip is what made me fall in love a couple months ago. Made me think of Kyle Williams.
He has an endless motor and an elite first step. He will be a nightmare for QBs.

I'm thinking we will stay put and draft the best player that falls. If we liked anyone enough to trade up we would have already done it with the Rams. Wouldn't surprise me if there are 10 or more players the Bills would be happy to draft at 40.

the fact that because he played against such poor competition he would seem to be untested
I remember people saying the same thing about Khalil Mack.

one if these 8 will be there
Hopefully there is a run on CBs at the top of round 2.

People would have been ecstatic to have Taylor at 9 and here he is still available.
Leave it to the pros.
Same with Metcalf who I would have been happy with at 9. None of us have a clue. To be fair neither do many NFL GMs.

My prediction is Irv Smith. Big physical talent and Daboll has a history with him. Fills a need too.

Jawaan Taylor
Cody Ford
Greedy Williams
Byron Murphy
DK Metcalf
I'm pretty shocked that none of these players went in the 1st round.

I guess this is the part where we freak out because the Patriots drafted a receiver. Who was their last 1st round draft pick to make a big difference?

That's an interesting pick. I have heard he doesn't have a great work ethic. But his skill set matches up with that offense.

Falcons going all out on offensive line tonight? Alright then.

Still no corners off the board.
Chiefs fans aren't happy. They could have taken the best CB available.

Why is Jawaan Taylor dropping? Should we move up?
Apparently a concern with his knee.

I'm starting to think we should trade up for Metcalf. If we get Metcalf and Oliver I don't care about the rest of the draft.

The pick is even better than I imagined

rather trade back in for N’Keal Harry
Poor work ethic. I don't think the Bills want anything to do with him.

It still makes me question the ability of McDermott and Beane to evaluate offensive talent.
What does drafting Ed Oliver have to do with their ability to evaluate offensive talent?

I'm sure he can be great and I know he was considered a top 2 pick going into this past college season.
My issue is that we were two picks from Josh Allen. We could've used a 4th to trade up and had him. To be that close.....
We lost Allen and Hock back to back. I'm having a hard time with that.
Allen fits a 3-4 defense. I don't see how he fit with us at all.

Dream scenario just happened. I didn't think he'd actually fall. Thank you Giants.
He was a consensus top 3 player before the jacket incident. Crazy that he fell this far.

Awesome, I like the run on CBs. A great player at a position of need will be there for us.
