At this point every time Bass lines up it’s like grabbing someone out of the crowd and having them kick for 1 million dollars. It’s an utter crap shoot. Like I said before I appreciate what Bass did for this team in the past but it’s over. -

It’s time to bring in kickers. I love Tyler bass but it’s over. I wish him success on his next stop -
It’s my understanding we did hire some madden players. That’s why we were throwing bombs from our own 3 yard line with 30 seconds left in a tie game.
-
Agreed let’s change it to… ”11 men on the field, 10 knew the play”
-
There were 11 men on the field during the play. Rasul Douglas said (and it can be shown on videos) that Williams didn’t make it on the field until after the Bills broke out and there were about 10-12 seconds before the snap for him to get up to speed. Douglas didn’t think he knew the play call.
-
Which should have been 8 seconds defense if the coaching staff got the right directions in and Bass squibbed it like he was supposed to.

I’m trying my hardest not to beat a dead horse here but you could fill an entire newspaper with stories like these over the last 5 years. Miscommunication during absolutely critical moments.

While I generally agree with takes like this, I think you could also make the argument that… Get in the playoffs at 15-2… Get in the playoffs at 9-8… You have Sean McDermott. For as amazing as Josh’s resume is which gives us a shot during the playoffs. McDermotts resume pours water on any excitement I have for our future right now. It’s the AFC Championship game. We are down 3 points with 5 minutes left. I have faith in Josh. My faith in this coaching staff is near zero in these big moments. And this isn’t a dramatic hot take. This team lost a number of games in 2019-2022 and I always thought we were just a step away. But this coaching staff has proven they can’t take that step. Even with a HOF QB.

Beane & the coaches are not on the same page! 😡
Chugga replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
There are way more examples than this. Beane has also drafted players that didn’t get utilized at all. Or drafted and poorly rolled out. Knox & Kincaid were supposed to be featured in our new two TE offense and that never happened. Knox was resigned to big money but isn’t used at all. Think about this… Knox got big money. Kincaid was big draft capital Logically these guys must be like Gronk and Hernandez back in the day right? Yeah ok -

Tony Dungy built and nurtured a fantastic Bucs team but he was fired. Andy Reid got his Eagles team to the conference championship game a million times and even to the Super Bowl once but it was Doug Pederson years later that won the SB Two things can be true. McDermott can be a good head coach. He can also have hit his peak as a coach of this team. Knowing how every game is going to end isn’t “Billsy” it’s repetitively bad coaching. -

McDaniels is a fantastic OC when he has a good QB. He is a living nightmare at head coach -

Bill to the Bills please. Love you McDermott I truly do. You helped get this team out of the stone age but you’ve taken us as far as you can. Bill at HC. Vrabel at DC. McDaniels at OC. -

AWFUL coaching today. Brady is either overthinking it or he just doesn’t have it. His offense is extremely predictable. I’m a football fan and I could walk into the Jets facility tomorrow and have a gameplan to shut us down next week. Focus on the run 1st down, take away the middle of the field on 2nd and 3rd. Make no name WRs beat you all the way down the field by forcing them to make consistent plays on the outside. Say what you will about the no challenge everyone saying “we wouldn’t have won it”. But there were 2 minutes left in the half we weren’t getting the ball back. You throw the flag how many times has this team been burned by challenges that make NO SENSE. The play the odds and maybe they change the call. And at the end of the game you have ZERO time outs and you are starting within your 5 yard line. You aren’t winning the game. It’s your #1 job to PREVENT them from winning the game. You make that team burn their time outs so that they don’t have the opportunity to run a small play to get better field position you force them to kick from where ever they field it. This coaching staff just doesn’t have it. We have consistently repeated the mistakes from 13 seconds year after year after year. McDermott is a fantastic coach but his deficiencies are the death of this team yearly. I don’t mind the fact that we lost. I am upset with how we lose. I’m sure I’ll calm down in a day or two but this feels like Groundhog Day -

Nobody open sure. But also no one running a route under 10 yards. No crossers no chance for anyone to wiggle free -

Stop crapping on the defense they have a bunch of backups in and have given up 20 points to one of the premiere offenses in the league -

Brady come on. Balance is great. Predictably isn’t. You can’t run on first down EVERY SINGLE TIME. Play action quick throws you have options -

Denver missed a game winning one. And we got a penalty on that play. They made the retry so you might be right -

I would rather our defense be stuck in a 3rd and 1 than a 3rd and 15 every single time -

Games like this make me wonder where all of our money is. Like where the hell is all the money? Don’t get me wrong a lot of our money is being sent to Diggs. But there’s still hundreds of millions left. I know the Chiefs are paying Jones a lot but he gets sacks and wreaks havoc where ever he lines up. The Vikings have alot of cash tied to Justin Jefferson and that dude is a TD machine. Ravens spent a good amount on Derrick Henry and we saw first hand how well that investment paid off. I’m just wondering where all the money is going? Like who is getting paid big bucks to make big plays? And then where are those plays?
