If Bills close 5000 seats and up ticket prices 5$ per remaining seat then free loaders can still be comfy lounging on couch and Bills would incresae dollars to them. Given is that corporate support might be close to maximized and another given is that revenue sharing will not improve past being only a little unfair to small market teams. Ergo we the fans if we truly want the Bills to stay have to pick up the slack. Stop the whining and face reality.

1) I will not again remark about Jason Peters play unless it is extraordinary or horrible. Come to think of it his ordinary is extraordinary and his horrible so-so. Pinch me or is not this line coming together? Why have I not cursed Pennington and Preston? 2) The other JP has arrived. He has "got" it and will get better. 3) If at all posible sign Clement and London; 4) Those who were hoping for better draft picks through close losses down the stretch consider :Bills are on the doorstep of going places which will probably make it easier for Clement and Fletcher to re sign and attract a free agent or two. 5) Stats on Willis not impressive but he had two runs for first down deep in our own territory that were huge and clutch. 6) Keith Ellison is no longer a rookie. Without his interception he would have had a fine game. 7) Teams better start shading a safety to Evans side. That will open running game. On Evans td Miami blitzed and Bills line provided excellent protection. Pinch me again but putting 8 in the box and blitzing with impunity are no longer sure to disrupt Bills offense. In early season that Miami blitz would have either resulted in a sack or a harmless dump off for little or no yardage. 8) Is Takeo back? If he returns to form this defense will be fantastic

I live outside blackout so I saw whole game, It is not as JT portrays it! The opening two drives for Miami were pretty good and at end of first quarter Dolphins had edge. From then on it was no contest. "Three big plays"- actually four- on offense were made by Bills. Had we not made them the game would have ended 0-0- because the Dolphins had no clue. Morris had one run of 16 yds or so and that was it. It seemed that any time Harrington attempted to make a big play the Bills intercepted. I kid you not Harrington could not even complete dump offs. Jason Taylor had a good game but was not a force. Jason Peters was terrific. Pennington was very good. This edition of Buffalo Bills is exciting. And there is nothing better than one of your principal inter division teams have their leader conclude that Bills are lucky. Shhh! Dont wake them up. Feed that thought.

May very well be that "lack of production" from tight end was caused by the need to maintain max protection. Did the offensive explosion hide the weak underbelly of this team that is to stop opponents in waning moments of 4th quarter? Stopping the run is paramount so I would go for linebacker or defensive tackle. Also I quite agree we should win out. Some years I have hoped we would lose out in order mto improve draft picks but this is a team on the come. Retaining what we have and adding spare parts.....

I think a lot of credit must go to Marv who understands the game and his choice of Dick Jauron. The two of them knew that the sledding would be tough but put forward a game plan with the future in mind. Many of the postors on this board have memories that began in 1988. I think many of them believed that winning was easy and building a dynasty their birthright. If many of them could overcome their loathing of Kraft/Scioli/Belichik and welcome emulation we will return to dominance.

My point is some coaches especially Parcells is in it for HIS legacy..........At best the Bills could be 8 and 5 at this juncture. Should not have lost to woeful Lions and beaten either Jets at home (most likely) or Pats on road. The timing of the latter two losses was not good and if those games were played now I think we would likely win both. But my main point is that this team is a work in progress and while the braintrust did not hope to lose they were not surprised that with liberal sprinkling- more like a heavy rain- of rookies and a young qb that losses will occur. This team is being nurtured and do not be surprised if in next three games they lay an egg or two. Fortunately the trade up for Brady Quinn choral is now mute.
