    then consider me a bottom line guy. Bottom line is he cheated. Bottom line is the CBA gives Goodell the power he wanted (& most here, myself most likely included cheered the get tough commissioner). Bottom line Goodell has repeatedly screwed the pooch. The outcome of the case (if it comes to that point) won't change any of that.

    i don't know that I was criticizing, just giving an opinion. For me it's all been said and all the talking in the world won't affect the outcome.

    or perhaps some, like me, don't care. I "know" that the deflation was done with Brady's approval and likely at his request. He cheated. He lied. I really don't need to know more or get caught up in the minutia about what could have/ should have been done procedurally. Some of you thrive on picking a side and then sticking to it no matter what.
