  1. Going with another Von Miller type contract here.
  2. Lots of articles written today about Beanes Busy Day https://www.spotrac.com/news/detailing-buffalos-12-player-move-day-2213/
  3. The Full renegotiated terms So there is that little 7M cap ticket in Roster Bonus that could free up more money in a week if needed converting it to a signing and prorating. Here is to VON hitting all incentives and maximizing the deal, Likely means Bills won a SB.
  4. Another Tidbit on this renegotiated Contract. It looks like information is still pending on his Roster Bonus on if this is converted to a signing bonus and prorated. If it remains and is paid this year the total savings is 8.6M in cap. If it is converted and prorated that savings goes to about 14M this year. But adds 1.7M in dead money to each of his remaining years.
  5. I think he signs, but I put the market there because I dont think it will be a super cheap type contract. I would put it at 80/20 signing IMO
  6. I am going with 4th at the lowest 13M APY Projected APY on Davis is 14M APY
  7. Millers Incentives He gets $1 million for two sacks. At four sacks, it increases to $2.5 million. With six sacks, it becomes $4 million. At eight sacks, $6 million. He gets $8.645 million for 10.5 sacks. He gets $9.645 million for 15 sacks. There’s another $1.5 million available for 12 or more sacks, along with taking 30 percent of more of the defensive snaps in the AFC Championship — and if the Bills win. Basically, Miller makes his money back if he gets 10.5 sacks. With 15 sacks, he makes $18.5 million for 2024. He maxes out at $20 million for 12 sacks and participation in 30 percent of more of the defensive snaps in an AFC Championship win. Because these incentives are regarded as “not likely to be earned,” the cap charge for reaching them would apply to 2025, not 2024. So the Bills have reduced Miller’s cap number and, if he doesn’t perform, his total compensation. Miller hasn’t had 10 or more sacks since 2018. He had double-digit sacks in seven of his first eight NFL seasons.
  8. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/von-miller-can-get-back-to-17-5-million-with-10-5-sacks This breakdown Vons Paycut
  9. More Incoming on the Broncos Purge
  10. From what I am tracking it ONLY doesnt count if the PLAYER took the action to void. Not Automatic Void years. like if I remember Right Revis in NE Per the CBA "a UFA shall qualify as a CFA if the Maximum Possible Term of the player’s contract failed to expire solely as the result of a provision stating that a specified contract year or years shall void automatically upon a specified day or date or upon the achievement of a roster condition with no additional contingencies (“Automatic Voidable Year”)" Over the Cap shows for Minny in 2023 both Tomlinson and Patrick Peterson counted initially, and both their contracts had automatic void years
  11. They will. One restructure (Allen) will be done during the tampering period I am guessing. Remember Beane has said many times he doesn't kick the can until the money is spent.
  12. I personally think all these players will qualify for Compensatory Picks (just depends how the Bills sign over them) Micah Hyde - If he plays probably a 6th DaQuan Jones - Probably initially in the 4th range Leonard Floyd - This is a 3rd round chance Tim Settle - Might get you a 6th qualification Tyrel Dodson - Probably a 6th AJ Epenesa - Watch this hit 3rd round initially, no lower than a 4th IMO Gabe Davis - this is a 3rd round Agree a nice 29 year old vet on probably something like a 5M APY. To take the pressure off your Rookie 1 Tech DT you are likely drafting at some point with your 11 picks
  13. Probably. Got to protect Gabe Davis's 3rd he is going to bring.
  14. I have a feeling he will be signed. There is some pass rush potential there, and he is a solid Run Defender. 29 years old. I am guessing it will be announced today as a signing fits the mold. Now that said he actually has a market so he might wait.
  15. And with all that said there a REALLY good chance Tre White is sitting there in June looking for a deal still. could be a very good calculated risk. With how long his knee took I could very well see him not ready until mid season.
  16. And Cap Compliant and haven’t even kicked a can down the road on any contract yet. remember Beane said they do those AS the have a fill. Not before
  17. Nope and don’t care. I will take Von on a reduced contract that is incentive laden over who at Edge Kingsley Jonathan at this point?
  18. He was guaranteed what his base is now. With the remaining base 17.1M fully guaranteeing on March 16th
  19. Well he likely knows his market. And realized no way am I getting that. So bills deadline on him was really the 16th when his entire base guaranteed. So they could have moved on from him.
  20. By don’t wanna means cannot as well based on numbers
  21. Looking his last Restructure up. 7M of his contract would have fully guaranteed on the 16th of this month. Making all 17M or so guaranteed March 16th
  22. Not according to his year stats. There is ABSOLUTELY no way Diggs takes a paycut the player has to accept. Beane figured Von would because he likely anticipated Von thinking last year was an anomaly and will come back fine from Inj this year.
