I seen more 5-11 loafers early on then 4-12.
they're still safe, for now...
-
if they win in jersey thursday night, definitely should be a consideration.
his attention to preparation impresses me.

Boring?! Get a clue and actually watch the game whoever wrote that garbage
I believe it didn't even watch the game. boring? that was a pretty damn exciting game to me.
I wasn't expecting to see these threads until tomorrow?
-
Well I did say that it's "still TBD"
-
8 passing TDs, 1 rushing TD, 2 turnovers, team is 5-2.
Have you ever considered that maybe if the rest of this year plays out similarly to how it's been playing so far that McBeane might actually identify Taylor as our Franchise QB?
The thing I've been impressed with is that Taylor hasn't been asked to carry the team or put the team on his back unless absolutely necessary, and when it is, he delivers. I can't look up Taylor's passing splits at the moment, but I'm pretty sure they would be pretty impressive in the "passing when trailing" category.
It's possible that's McDermott's ideal game plan as opposed to chucking it all over the field.
Taylor might just be an unconventional Franchise QB, but a Franchise QB nonetheless.
Still TBD, though.
slow down man.

gtfo with this ****
-
I believe this team is better coached and they will score more then the 11 points they scored in 2011.
division games are tough and it will come down to the best prepared team and I think the bills have that advantage even with only 4 days to do so?
-
Why is everyone giving Beane credit to our good start
This is all Mcdermott and the guys Whaley brought in here.
If Beane trades Glenn that is the last straw with him. Glenn is one of the best players on our offense.
-
i must say that i was impressed today. and after all the **** i have given Taylor, that takes some doing. he looked good today, real good. his stat line is still not where one would like it, but today, he was doing the things that i have been a critcal opponent of him not doing. so a kudos to him is well deserved.
I can dig it...
-
they seem to be earning that respect. no, they are earning that respect. early yet but this might be the makings a special bills team. I know I have a different feel. they play hard for McD and seem to be well prepared.
nice change, real nice.

Yes. I think this will be a our first blowout loss of the season, no way we are going to hang with the Raiders after what they did against a superbowl team like the Chiefs.
But I've sad all along that all playoff teams have a bad loss or two like this over the course of the season, obviously look what happened to a playoff team like the Dolphins just other night.
happy Halloween, savior

whelp, what's the over/under on threads from the downers come monday morn?

GO BILLS!!!
-
I think maybe you just need a photo with him.
anyhow OP, nice thread after not only a win but a decent game out of taylor.
-
This could be a trap game, with the team looking forward to the glamour of a Thursday night in New Jersey.
I know I'm looking forward to thursday night...GO BILLS!!!

maybe it was '04?
- Bills 2004 defense ranks 4th in last 30 years
View Gallery | 20 PhotosAlumni Rewind: Aaron SchobelThe 2004 Buffalo Bills finished second in the league that year in total defense, first in takeaways (39), second against the pass (164 yds/gm), third in touchdowns allowed (29), sixth against the run (100.2 yds/gm) and sixth in points allowed (17.8/gm). On Football Outsiders advanced metric scale the Bills 2004 defense, which featured players like Sam Adams, Pat Williams, Aaron Schobel, London Fletcher, Takeo Spikes, Nate Clements and Lawyer Milloy, was the fourth-best defensive unit in the NFL in the last 30 years.

....BIGGEST repulse is how Train Wrecks set this club back TWO years and MCD resurrects it overnight......
I stand corrected. I don't think it was '04?
I heard them earlier mention they had a 6 game streak with 3 or more turn overs. trying to find the year?
I'm getting old.
-
They don't have the sacks but the turnovers are insane. I never thought I would see the Bills with a better defense then the defense from a few seasons ago under Schwartz. I'll take the turnovers over sacks any day. Good job so far.
where were you 23 years ago?
edit: 13 years ago?
2004 they went 6 games straight with at least 3 defensive turn overs.
-
You must have missed he last 20 years of Bills football
go crawl back under your rock troll.
-
I like what they were saying about TT but what do they know, they're only former coaches and players so they can't know more than the board gurus here, right?
-
they missing big stuff yet?
-
that was !@#$ing AWESOME!!!!!
-
rookie mistake there
-
Just realised we are the live Sky Sports game here in the UK. I apologise in advance for the defeat.
what the hell are you talking about?
