C.J. Stroud defends Stefon Diggs ahead of Texans WR's first meeting with Bills: 'I think he got a bad rap' The writing had been on the wall for a while, especially after Diggs missed part of mandatory minicamp due to apparent displeasure with the team, leading Bills coach Sean McDermott to state he was "very concerned" about Diggs' brief absence and setting a tense tone for their final campaign spent together. None of that matters to Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud, who is happy to have Diggs on his side for this meeting. "It's been great. I think he got a bad rap just by the media and by people," Stroud said of Diggs on Wednesday. "But he's been nothing but just amazing to this team and to his teammates. He's helped me out a ton. As you can see, we're clicking more and more every game. So, I'm very happy for him and I'm glad that he's finally having fun playing the game and doing what he loves to do because he loves football a lot. So, just really, really happy to be part of his journey and just being around him has been really awesome."

you had to return the carts to get your money though, no? in order to get the money back you have to lock the cart to the other cart to remove the money. I have on occasion offered my cart to someone going in to the store. it was worth two bits to save me from (I'm old and in rough shape) bringing it back to the corral while doing a good deed.

that's why they do it. not everyone will return the cart, almost everybody isn't everybody. I spoke with a mgr one day and asked how they can have such low prices. carts was on the list. they only keep so many employees on the floor who are generally stocking shelves and one cashier for those few that don't like checking out themselves. you pay two bits in the slot to unlock the cart for use then when done, take it back and get your two bits back. kind of renting it out and get your money back when you return the cart. it assures them carts are returned. you lose no money and they don't have to pay anyone to go collect carts which in turn saves them money that ultimately saves the consumer. insulted over two bits? for the low cost of goods I don't mind renting a cart. I use my own bags as well, another cost saver that comes back to the consumer.

American Pickers star Frank Fritz has died two years after he suffered a stroke. Fritz's former co-host and friend Mike Wolfe confirmed the news on Instagram on Tuesday, Oct. 1 as he shared that Fritz died on Sept. 30. "It’s with a broken heart that I share with all of you that Frank passed away last night," Wolfe, 60, began his tribute. "I’ve know Frank for more then half my life and what you’ve seen on TV has always been what I have seen, a dreamer who was just as sensitive as he was funny. The same off camera as he was on, Frank had a way of reaching the hearts of so many by just being himself."
