  1. Yep. He's still the man, but I'm glad we took care of our business.
  2. At least I'm not the only one. The post notice made me a little nervous.
  3. To be fair, he's still not very good. I'll say I'd much rather see him rush the passer forever than ever try to cover someone downfield.
  4. I'm not sure why teams do not have sideline communicators that call out zones inside the 10 yard line to tell gunners where the ball is heading instead of watching them play off of the returner.
  5. Two score lead & DEEP field position. Punt is the obvious call. Huard is a buffoon.
  6. I'm not sure why Hyde feels the need to commit to the receiver coming down the middle. His commit is why Wilson releases the ball. If he plays between the two deep, he could have recovered either way.
  7. OLine needs to start to play like men. They are giving Seahawks WAY too much confidence & momentum
  8. Beasley was open off the line. Why do they never throw a hot route?
  9. That wasn't after a throw. Ludicrous as it is, tackling by the head is not a penalty. I ref and have had to explain that to more than one coach. I routinely say I'll sit at the table to get that rule changed because it is a clear rule oversight. Inexplicably legal at this point.
  10. Seattle will assign a spy, so you need to sort out who that will be. Set screen away from that.
  11. I'm never inclined to say they call to one team or the other. I'd just like consistency. Hughes does not go helmet to helmet, he does not strike Wilson with any force on the head. He runs toward Russ while Russ move into throw. No intent to injure, nor was Wilson inappropriately roughed up. QBs need to be protected from unnecessary harm, not contact.
  12. Josh needs to fall down after every throw. That's an atrocious RTP call. Also, a clear block in the back on the next play after the catch.
  13. Not that the offense should let up, but all eyes are firmly fixed on the defense now.
  14. Mathematically it had to happen against the Dolphins. He threw for 400, so one half had to be over 200.
  15. Now I've seen the replay. I heard the uneducated announcer (they do not know the rule book, trust me). Everyone was stationary. Metcalf waving hands is irrelevant unless he's trying to simulate movement at the snap (he was not). Dallas moves back and to the side a little, but that's not illegal. if he moved forward, that would be a false start. That was sloppy, but not illegal.
  16. Wasn't likely to change the personnel, so why waste a time out?
  17. I'd like to see replay. If everyone was set a second, one man in the backfield can move back, or laterally legally even if he wasn't supposed to. I'm not sure if everyone was set a full second, nor if that guy was on, or off of the line. It could have been sloppy, but legal.
  18. The PI was legit. He held down Metcalf's left arm. That's exactly what I'd be watching for.
  19. Bass looks like he's figuring things out. It doesn't mean he's solved it, but he look pretty true today.
