I love Beane but the guy is human. I'm with the posters who thinks two 4th to move up to get Knox is a bit expensive. Is it a big deal? Probably not. But that is two less chance to hit for a starting player which is very likely in the 4th.
Go Bills!
I mentioned in a different thread, I think part of the Bills decision here was not just getting Knox, but #### blocking New England from getting him. Which if true, makes the price seem more reasonable.
Beating New England at their own game...priceless.

We'd be purchasing to enjoy the land ourselves. No exact plan yet, but we'd extend our backyard another .5 acres or so, plant some fruit and/or nut trees and likely lease out the rest to a local farmer to cover some of the taxes. The purchase would MOSTLY be to, as you say, ensure our own privacy and enjoyment.
I once owned 40 acres of pasture with road frontage.
I highly encourage you to lease out the entire part you don't use for yourself to a local farmer. Land that is currently worked and tillable retains high value. Unused land that is starting to get saplings, will decrease in value. I had a guy come in once a year and harvest hay--it kept the land as a working farm, and also gave me money to cover the taxes. Don't ever let it grow to the point a bush hog won't cut it.
I don't have NYS experience, so can't help you with cost calculations. Surf here https://www.unitedcountry.com/farmsforsale/ and here https://www.landandfarm.com/ for comps.
Good luck, it sounds like a great investment.

I agree with the posters that allude to New England wanting Knox.
We jumped ahead of NE by trade, took their man, then NE traded down -- that's how I think it rolled.
I like the process. It's big & nasty and has got juice (I'm out of recent cliches).

I believe that's a combo at What-A-Burger.

Right some WR who can block and has a high motor, Sean is loser and this pick is on him. They have garbage at wr and still do
Dude, your sarcasm needs work. What you said sounds like your real thoughts.

McDermott: You can feel the juice.
How can there not be consensus about a player whom you can feel the juice?

Just have someone take a pic with their phone of the pic of the pic you got from your insider and then post that pic from the other phone. case closed and then instant credibility.
But then you have to snap the phone in half... like Breaking Bad with the burner phones.

Lolz.. PTL the trade didn't happen. Lock the thread now.

What a bummer for draft day. This stirs up sad memories, because Mom and Dad passed away in hospice the past few years.
But Pancho would not allow for self pity--he wants screamin maniac fans--so that's what I'll be tonight.
..praying for you Pancho..don't eat the Jello at hospice..insist on ice cream.

I've read this rumor from other sources that have our 2020 #1 in the trade up.
Bean's not trading 2020 #1 away. If he does, I'll eat my shorts (I'd run them through the wash first).

My measure: will she look good in a Bills jersey, basking in the glory of a victorious home opener?
This young lady passes the measure.

I won't watch a show about a dystopia. Real life is pretty negative, who needs to escape into one even worse.

And everyone on earth was surprised that the Chiefs traded up to get Mahomes. Don't act like it was a given. Far from it.
PTL.. can we get that engraved on a monument stone? So we can reference that every time someone says "But Mahomes"?

My my my.. how the world changes.
In 1999, when I had DirecTV and Sunday Ticket it was da bomb. Customer support, compared to cable, was outstanding.
DirecTV was the place to be. Now, apparently, it sucks. It would be a good case study for an MBA class.
Today, I have Verizon Fios and will until you pry it from my cold dead hands. Yes.. it's NFL coverage is lacking.. oh well.

You're tendentiously or erroneously failing to remark equivocity in language. Piety in the proper sense implies recognition of the inherent value and dignity of the other. The fact that religious zealots have committed all sorts of attrocious acts has nothing to do with how authentic piety would militate against any such action. Ascribing evil particularly to religious folks would also be injust and probably a culpable blanket statement as you don't appear to be brutishly stupid.
my education and professional accomplishments probably dwarf yours, so please be careful in tossing around words that you might not grasp exactly...

Back to the thread.. here's an image of Kate Smith's statue being covered that is sure upset some people.

Serious reply for the sake of OP: Offensive Line
Thought provoking reply: Special Teams. Marv Levy was a huge proponent of Special Teams, and that led to four Super Bowl appearances. It helps that Tasker was on the roster.
Comedic but serious reply: in the words of Al Davis, Just Win Baby.

The salary cap increases every year and new TV contracts will increase it even more. The Seahawks will be fine...plenty of money for everyone
What an optimist you are.
Some don't share your confidence. Last season’s ratings troubles still dragging the NFL down in the money department

I hate mulch, too much work and cost at the beginning of the season.
I replaced my mulch with stones. If you go the stone route, you have to lay landscaping fabric first, otherwise the stones end of sinking down.

Yeah.. I think the Bills got the better deal when the total on-field/off-field package is considered.
However, peers Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield are athletically accomplished also. I'd rather win games than autograph sessions. The Jets haven't been sitting idly with their free agency jackpot either.
We'll see where this goes. Just win baby, Win!

Breitbart? Well there you go! Nothing to see here. Wasn't the spa owner a fixture at Mar-a-Lago? Weren't Krafty Bob and the Donald tight? Funny how it all works out in the end.
OK. Non-Breitbart here if that makes you feel better. Prosecutors: No Evidence of Human Trafficking in Kraft Case

You'd think that having a trophy GF who sits in the owner's box with him could at least get him a handie...
That is Kraft's problem.. trophy GFs.
Trophy GF come with strings attached. Some come with heavy cabling attached. Dude just wants NSA relief.

UPDATE regarding the Human Trafficking angle: Prosecutors in Kraft Case Say No Human Trafficking Found
So those with their panties in a wad because Kraft was involved with trafficking slaves can step back from the guillotine.
Appears he was a widower looking for a NSA (no strings attached) handjob. I imagine NSA is hard for him to get from traditional sources.

I suspect Tequilla at work here.
I'm a happy drinker, except when it's tequilla. The Big-T always leads to something stupid.
I just realized why Brandon Beane is such a badass...
