They are going to move him to LT at the point Peters stops, that plays into their contract with Johnson. It's almost a shame that there's no good/great left-handed QB prospect, they could have Cyrus at LT, Glenn on his blindside. Probably the best solution I could come up with.

No idea how much Williams will play. Marcus Cooper has to be their #2 for now, given his play on Sunday. Williams gets on the field, pepper him and make him cry.

Seymour did not look good on Thursday. Cards will do similar to what got him in a bind, stacked sets and/or bunch sets. Seymour was slow picking a couple of those up.

Floyd is a goddamn bully. He's going to do what Marshall did on Thursday night. The kind of pushoff contact that's PI if a corner does it. I'm honestly wondering if the best idea is playing Corey White on the boundary and shifting Darby inside to cover Fitz in their 3-wide sets. Fitz vs Robey could be a bloodbath.

Part of why I wasn't exactly happy drafting him, 5-Tech looked like a bad fit. I'll give the kid credit though, he's really applying himself as a 2-gap defender.

He's the most likely candidate right now (assuming Kyle is a goner). Wouldn't mind spending another draft pick in that area, get me another option to rotate with him. Corbin Bryant backing up Dareus at 1-Tech. I think our personnel can translate to a 4-3 really well. Biggest issue is the backend.

Zach is potentially athletic enough to play a little in the slot. Not an every down thing but it would help match up against teams that run tempo and don't substitute. I was a little iffy on Zach as a run defender but he's been superb so far. Held Forte to 2 catches for 9 yards in coverage too. Keeps that trend going and he'll earn a new deal. Play them in front of Shaq - Dareus - ??? - Hughes and prosper.

Hopefully a 4-man front and we see these fellas at Will, Mike & Sam.

I can't imagine Tyrod being a guy that would fit that system either. I know everyone gets giddy calling it a vertical attack but there's so much middle of field and intermediate passing. My appreciation levels for Carson Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald are going through the roof today.

Not sure how much of the Cardinals O is Goodwin but I'm very tempted by this. Spending my afternoon watching them and it's beautiful.

Watching the Cardinals O vs. the Patriots D was a lot of fun. Two heavyweights jabbing each other in the face. The occasional haymaker thrown and never backing down from each other. Carson Palmer is a gritty SOB but he's a static target. Belichick did a good job of both bringing and creating the illusion of pressure. Rex has to bring it and hope to force a couple of errant passes.

Caught the first half before I fell asleep. Even as a Wentz fan, I'm surprised to see him play as well as he did. He doesn't look overawed, the moment isn't too big for him.

Likewise. He's a good dude, does and says all the right things. Just think he'd benefit from a clean slate elsewhere. Of that group of possibles (assuming Cousins/Fitz are longshots), I'd probably only take Foles over EJ and even that's not conclusive.

I really like Sefo, injuries were the only thing that worried me. I watched him against Colorado St in Week 1 and, minus the goal line fumble, I thought he was superb. I think he's probably the best play action passer in the class. Gorgeous deep ball. If he can stay healthy, he's got a case for overtaking the likes of Falk/Kelly.
